Having said that, I have a problem with the West Wing series ?? that was stickered £29ish and scanned at £61ish as I can't see *anyone* believing that you didn't notice that, and I like the West Wing as well, so wouldn't mind that one!!! I'll have to give it a go to break the phobia.....0 -

If both customers were british and the parcel came via Africa, one of the customers may be dissapointed or even a little annoyed

TescoEmployee wrote:Iv had this discussion with customers several times especially when they have bought for example 3 copies of the same DVD which are priced at £15 and scan at £20 - This is one of the ways you can easily identify customers abusing the policy and either get them banned or personally host and call every local store in the area with full details of the customer.
TE, I totally understand what you're saying and as tempting as it might be to stick one or two more in your basket, it just isn't worth flagging yourself up as obvious r&r'er. almost £100 made tonight, 1 item -undetected and possibly same again tomorrow- as little fuss as possible.0 -

If your store is doing that, I do hope you have an appointed and named Data Controller who has a full understanding of the DPA and the issues involved with data handling. There are very strict rules laid down on the use of data pertaining to the individual. I have a feeling that what you are doing (hosting personal details, descriptions, etc to other stores) breaches the Data Protection Act.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Even if the parcel came from ends of the earth nobody would be disappointed or annoyed unless they had no heart. Suprising how a Salmon can bring out so much love!
Although being a bit slow maybe 1 person would be slightly alarmed if the parcel did not appear to be of the shade they expected!I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

Hey all
I've not yet had a go at this. I was just wondering what you actually say when you go to customer services to get your refund? Do you get many objections from the staff?
