Hopefully, this will lead to a more pleasant thread in the future.
I don't think it's off-topic and it has been most constructive and useful.
Totally agree with moving the thread forward, it was certainly very constructive, interesting and useful......but it wasnt really a misprice discusion.....
I hope TE has this attitude in future, as I applaud his and other contributions today.
Unfortunately, I couldnt constructively contribute, as it was all new to me.Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

No. If someone spots it in a particular store and goes for the R&R, the store will (normally) remove the problem by correcting the SEL, or removing the product from sale (clear the shelves). The chance of another person getting the same R&R in that store is slim. There's no point posting the individual stores due to this. Also, as noted before, certain members of staff up in Dundee have taken a liking to these threads and do watch to see if they can match posters to customers in store. TaxiPhil was spotted by a certain member of staff in Dundee, and was told that his posts had been read and noted. For this reason, it is better to be safe than sorry. If you name the store where you've claimed a refund and name the item you were overcharged on, it then becomes possible for the the store to identify you (especially on biggies!).In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

i hope Tesco look after you very wellI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 -
what i mean, is if you shop with your wife/husband, and they go through the till and get the over price scan, they can then inform the other half who whips round the store and buys the shelf up while the 1st party is queing and CS0

Yes. It is there to protect availability for all customers. Makes sense on some things, not on others, so sometimes needs to be quite fluid.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

It happens, you know. It's one of the reasons why people on this thread are so anti-tesco staff. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
