constantine how are the areas marked out (for area managers)?
is it county wise or number of stores or locality or distance from store

Its quite bizzare how the estate is cut up for RDs - They can cover quite a large area but it is usually based on store size and sales

In part geographically, in part to ensure a mix of store sizes. Most Groups (for Superstores, anyway) would be around 20 stores max. Extra's are in their own Groups, so although you may have 2 or 3 stores in a town they may not be in the same Groups.

  • Hi, all.

Have been following the thread on the R and R for tescos for a week or two, and every time I go to my store they are not incorrect. I understand how they can change so quick, so thought I would put this suggestion forward.

When adding the misprices etc, is it worth adding the town and store where the mistake was noticed.

    ALSO

What do you think about not informing Mr.T immediately of there mistake, but get home, do a posting, then inform them about the mistake on your next shop. I assume there is no time limit on the R and R thing.

This would allow us all to really have it away at Mr.T's Expense. Hooraay!

    Thanks you all

    Yeh......Pity its mostly off topic..................lol
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Im in an Extra and the stores are literally miles and miles away from each other - That's why we don't get too concerned when we hear that an SD/RD is visiting one of the stores in the region;)

In the meantime the lable could be changed meaning that the person who was overcharged originally wouldn't get an r+r:rolleyes:
