Thanks for your camping tips guys. Last time we went I don't think we had fruit or veg for the whole week  DH has managed to get the bbq in the car, so if it's not raining tomorrow, that's what we'll be having.

WI tonight, and I was gobsmacked to loose 1.5lbs. I haven't lost that much for weeks. Only 0.5lbs to target now, so get ready to make some room on that sofa :D

    Hi all,
need a little bit of help and a huge kick up the bum!

I've been doing really well, in 11 weeks I lost 17lbs, got rid of lots of clothes that were too big but.... for the last two weeks I've planned to be good.... then eaten chocolate, and lots of extra's. so far I've stayed the same but honestly, I've got at least 10lbs left to go and yet a horrendous sweet tooth and an overwhelming desire for cake, sweets and chocolate :o

How do I get my head back to where it should be? How do I stop the sugar addiction? I really need to do something very soon :(

    Please help?

  • Well done Rachel! Guns (as everyone said to me last week) we have to give ourselves a break sometimes! I'm sure you haven't grown fat in 2 days!

Newlywed, I don't know what to suggest as I was in your place for the past couple of weeks. I'm back in the zone now, more by luck than judgement as I am on leave (at home) with no easy access to chocolate. What I just had to still my sweet cravings and have my other half HEB was crumble some pagan crispbread into a little bowl and drizzle a measured tablespoon of golden syrup over, and left it for 10 mins. Then I ate it. It's slow to get through, takes some chewing, but the syrup has seeped through the crispbread. It occurred to me a smaller amount might be nice mixed in with a toffee yoghurt and frozen. frozen yoghurts are another way of getting rid of the sweet urges, they take much longer to eat than non-frozen ones! Good luck, if you can't get back in the zone this week maybe you will next week. You are, after all, doing this for the most important person in the world - you x
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Glad things went ok for DD G&B, don't beat yourself up your DD is more important than what you eat. Draw a line and start again, you can do it :A.

Skinny cow ice lollies are a nice sweet treat and the chocolate brownie ones are enough chocolate for me. They are only 4.5 syns and on offer at a £1 in Asda at present.

I'm going for an Indian meal tonight. Any low syn recomendations?

So far I'm thinking no alcohol & boiled rice - can't wait!
