Slim for summer seems more achievable for me as I was a late starter to the Easter thread
I had a decent day yesterday whilst sunning myself in the yarden, but then spoilt it all when I took kids to the fair and had a doughnut!! Kept waking up thinking about it last night and was first thing I thought about this morning aswell. I feel such a sinner!
B: strawbs, rasps, muller light over them and a coffee (HEA)
L: remaining butternut squash and red lentil curry yummy!!Haddock, veg rice and mixed beans.
snacks alpen lites (HEB)
sysn doughnut (12) but it was bliddy gorgeous!
No syns today to make up for it
Back to work today aswell and I so cant be bothered, its very hard to be motivated when your self employed let me tell you, especially when the sun is shining!0 -

Can I join you please ladies:hello:
I've been doing SW on my own since January, I went to classes last year but my weight loss was incredibly slow and I couldn't really afford £5 a weekI lurked on the old thread for aaaaaaages!
My GP took me off some meds in January and since then my weigh has started to shiftand I've now lost a stone :T Still need to lose another stone but I'm feeling much more positive now.
I'm veggie so I do Green days all the time.
Today's plan is
B: (at stoopid o clock) Polenta, mushrooms, eggs, ketchup (1)
S: FF yoghurt and banana
L: Salad, quorn pieces, HM hummus (1)
S: Mango and blueberriesQuorn sausage, SW chips, roast BNS, onions and peppers
Possibly more yoghurt and fruit.
I go to a dance class tonight  so I'll have cheese on toast for my HEB's when I get in and my HEA is milk in tea.
I would LOVE to lose half a stone before I go on holiday at the end of June0 -
Good Morning all -and what a bootiful day it looks like it is going to be :T and a lovely new thread to go with it ..... thankyou consultant :T
Hello to the newbies joining in
Lisa -hope everything runs smoothly for you and that you have a beautiful day :T
Well, where to begin...hmmmm well, yesterday after the window cleaning and lawn cutting -hubby got in from work (after hockey practice) and asked if I still wanted to go or a jog and before I knew it I was up stairs getting changed -we took a different route again and I jogged far more than I have before I was chuffed to little mintballs by the time I got home and realised how well I had done AND no huffin n puffin either .
We are hoping to get to the lake for a jog tonight -its much flatter so better on hubbies kn*ckered knees -he can't jog downhill (I on the other hand love going down hill ) -so I sat on the doorstep and waited for him as he had the keys . I have said to that hubby that when I want to the jogs around here I am happy to start going on my own *who'd ave thunk it ehh!!*
Other good news yesterday included the arrival of a clothes order I put in -my 1st one with Matalan -and EVERYTHING fitted - it was mainly 16's but 2 pair were trousers that have low waists -so fasten across my widest point *my fatta podge* so I ordered 18s -especially as 1 pair are white and the other stone -so I didn't want unsightly bulges. oooh ooh and I have my 1st EVER size 14 item -(I went from child to 16+) now they aren't a true test as they are lounge pants with a knitted grown on waist -BUT 14 it says AND they are really comfy
I ordered hubby some stuff too -and some has to go back as I ordered the size he was measured at last and they fell off - he "was" a 40-42 waist and now it looks like he needs 36" waists -he is gobsmacked -Im not as I have been planning his meals etc to suit the plan
Well then my red carb curfew plan for today looks like this:-
lemon in warm water
1/2 red grapefruit
2 boiled eggs
melon
avocado (5)
227g jacket (B)
salad leaves
peppers
onions
tomatoes
tickled cabbage
tickled beetroot
tickled onions
fibre plus (B)
frozen strawberries/cherries
activia (2.5)
sirloin steak
marinade (1)
1/4tsp oil (0.5) - to stir-fry
onions
mushrooms
broccoli
peppers
500ml semi (Ax2)
activia (2.5)
SO I make that 2A+B and 11.5 syns
now it looks like Im eating 2 lots of meals -but Im going to start keeping track of hubbies meal plans too -that way I can see what works best for him -his will be much smaller as he doesn't do the fruit n yog thing -so he is on red today...:-
250ml semi (A)
2 boiled eggs
42g feta (A)
salad leaves
peppers
onions
tomatoes
onion
tickled cabbage
tickled onions
tickled beetroot
sirloin steak
marinade (2) -hubby has more beef
1/4tsp oil (0.5) - to stir-fry
onions
mushrooms
peppers
broccoli...
now that uses 2xA and 2.5 syns -It leaves 2xB (hubby munches ryvitas dry in an evening -so that covers those ) and then the rest of his syns are free for if he has anything else.... and if not I will carry them over for the weekend when he drinks beer - no wonder he doesn't know that he is ON PLAN -I do all the planning :rotfl:
Not sure that I have much planned for today -I might make a start on some more tidying up..
Right Im off for now---- have a lovely day all and keep at it!!-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

I am going to use this as a big old kick up the backside. I have put weight on in April (holiday in Cornwall!!) and I am so angry at myself!
I get married on 10th September, I have to sort myself out!! So, and I know I have said this so many times but THIS IS IT!!!
I can't go to classes, I have a long commute for work and there isnt a weekend one near here so I am going it alone
Todays menu EE:
B. Scrambled egg, ketchup (1)
L. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, Tuna,Pitta bread, Asda light salad cream (??)
D. Bolognaise (5), cauliflower, Baby corn, Peas, Babybel (HEA)
S. Apple, Lemon water, Oaty bar (HEB)
I have my first dress fitting on 21st May and my first target is to have lost a stone by then!!
Good luck with your weightloss and wedding plans BanburyBride. I'm no expert but I had three thoughts when I read your post:- for another day, why don't you make SW bolognese then it could be totally syn free? You could then use your syns for a treat of some sort.
- Are you allowed a pitta bread and an oaty bar to make up your HEB? I'm not sure so I thought I'd flag it up as one may need to be synned.
- as you're hoping to lose a stone in less than 4 weeks, maybe you should try Success Express? Others can probably describe it better than I can but I believe it's having two thirds superfrees rather than just the one third. There are probably other variables too but that's what sticks in my mind.

Hello,
Please can I join in.
I was using slimming world online and lost nearly 2 stone with only that last 7lbs to loose. Other half lost his job in Jan so I couldn't afford the £20 a month and stopped my online subscription thinking it would be easy to go it on my own for the last little bit! How wrong was I, since Jan I've put 5lbs back on!!!!
Other half is now working again but to re-subscribe online they want me to pay for the months I've missed. Really I'm just after a bit of support and encouragement from all you lovely people and to hit my target by July.
I do EE every day just because it's easy!!
Today I'm having -
Breakfast - banana and fat free yoghurt
Lunch - Beans on toast (HEA), melon, 2 x satusumas
Dinner - Sweet chilli pork and rice from slimming world mag (1/2 sin)
I've got a box of mini milks in the freezer so I may have one or two of these as snacks. One day I will be debt free and fat free!:grinheart0 -
My EE plan for today (helps me to post it, so thanks for your indulgence:A):
B: NAS squash, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast and HEA milk for teas
L: Marmite and Cucumber sandwich, quarter of a melonToby carvery where I'm hoping to just syn some gravy and maybe a bit of sauce on cauliflower and maybe a roast potato......:o
Snacks: glass of wine, apple or berries0
