Has anyone else tasted the Tesco low fat cheese triangles? If not, I don't advise it... bleurgh!

Have just noticed that pagan krisprolls can be used for HEB so I'm dead pleased with that, I used to eat them all the time :) and light philly for HEA, mmm.

Tip for your Weetabix if you don't want to use your milk allowance, soften with a little water & use ff yog nom nom

Little confused with your menu - was it 1 weetabix or 2? Also was the round of toast wholemeal bread? From what size loaf?

You don't have a healthy extra A i.e. milk or cheese, so you could of had milk with weetabix or cheese with your ryvita, just make sure you measure it!

    HTH

Well done Woot, good going, the rest of the 24lb will be gone in no time!

Good Luck Dizzy - you must be excited!

    Green day for me again

    B - ff yog & strawbs
    S - Cherries
L - Pasta with lentil, tom, courgette, mushroom, sweetcorn, beans
S - Left over SW wedges & quorn saus
D - Not sure - possibly cauliflower soup - might put some extra light laughing cow triangles (hea) to give more kick, served with 5 scan bran (heb)
S - Milk in coffee (hea), 2 alpen light or ryvita minis (heb)

In the way of syns - i ideally want to keep to a minimum as 17 on tues and 14.5 on wed - but have so many options - especially as brought some caramel ice-cream pots from Mr T which i believe are about 8 syns - or i can have some velvet crunch or chocolate, decisions decisions!

Goodf luck for WIs tonight! & Well done to all losers!

Thanks so much for this, Nessie - finding the feedback so helpful - am using milk for coffees, as caffeine gets me through the day! Also - was one weetabix and half round of normal sliced wholemeal bread - is this OK????

What do you mean normal sliced?

Makes a big difference because you get 1 slice from a 800g loaf or 2 slices from a 400g loaf for a healthy extra, the 400g loaf in my opinion is a small loaf!

Twas half a slice from a 800g loaf - thought that this half slice and one weetabix would make up my HEB. Also - I do love porridge, but rather than the hassle of weighing out portions as I am in work of ungodly hour of 0530 each morning, can I use the sachets of plain Oats So Simple as each sachet is 27g, and I could make it with water? I hadn't noticed the Oats So Simple in my book..........

Apologies for the questions - maybe the penny will drop some time! Am OK with the bulk of the plan - but things haven't quite clicked with the As and Bs yet -

1/2 a slice? That is dedication - i wouldn't be able to cut a slice in half, hence why i buy the 400g loaf!

Im not sure on the Oats so simple, i know you can have a sachet of pawridge (i have spelt it right!)

Can you not measure out the night before?

Something different to do with your porridge oats is put them in some ff yog the night before, it swells up & i scrummy!

You seem fine with the rest of the plan - just make sure you have some syns, they are there for a reason!

Anyone know how much Philly Extra Light I could have as a HEA? Light philly is 71g but I can't seem to see the Extra Light one and it does have quite a difference in fat...

And now I'm completely confused... people on Minimins say it can be a HEB? I thought HEBs were fibrey foods like bread and cereal... but it is on the website as 100g Philly Extra Light for HEB. My mind is now boggled ;)

It only says about 71g philly light (but doesn't include any of the flavours - so only plain) as an A choice on extra easy

But it does say 100g extra light philly as a B choice on green only
