    Morning All,

Didn't quite stick to my plan yesterday

    Yesterday was

B - Strawberries, rice & ff vanilla onken
    S - Onion/Mushroom/Cannelini bean quiche
    L - Pasta - as i said i would
S - 1 fruit shortcake biscuit (?) 1 Rich tea biscuit (?) Stupid stressful meeting & biscuits were calling my name :naughty: - at least i didn't have a choc disgestive!
D - HM Wedges, Tesco Meatfree Lamb thing (8?), Beans, Sweetcorn, 2 Eggs
S - Fibre plus bar (heb) 5 Scan Bran (heb) Quark with sweetner & strawberry flavouring (it was really pink! :rotfl:), M&S butterscotch bite things 1/2 box (6)

So how many syns? If i say the biscuits were 4 each? then i had 22

But i did resist the other half of an easter egg i have in the fridge :A - so it could have been worse! :EasterBun

If i hadn't of got my knitting out it would have been worse!

    Today is another green :D

B - Strawberries, rice & ff vanilla onken
    S - Quiche as yesterday
    L - Pasta as yesterday
D - DH will probably have takeaway but my chinese has gone up to £13 min delivery  so will make my own instead - Quorn chow mein with mushrooms, onions, peppers & sweetcorn
S - Fibre Plus bar (heb) 5 scan bran (heb) Lemon curd quark (2)

Going to 'try' and not have too many syns tonight - i have brought diet fizzy drinks to 'snack' on & for something sweet!

Going to buy some dark choco at weekend to try cherry yog & dark choc 'ice-cream' (not sure if i saw on here or SW website!)

I think we are leaving work at 1.30pm today POETS day and all! :rotfl: so no excuses not to go home & get on exercise machines!

I WILL GO ON MY EXERCISE MACHINES :j
I WILL GO ON MY EXERCISE MACHINES :j

I've had an awful week:( Dont think i've managed to stick to plan at all this week, partly due to my meds making me extremely tired and partly due to me not planning my days properly. Not going shopping till sunday so i'll have to have a rummage round the kitchen and see what i can do with what we've got in for now.
Not quite sure what day i'm having today yet as i've only had syns so far:o Think i'll go for a green

B - rice krispies (5) and milk (half hea)
L - maybe spaggy hoops and cheese (half hea)
T - jacket potato with tuna (heb) el mayo (0.5) onion and salad
S - velvet crunch (4), alpen light (half heb)

So thats 9.5 syns so far 1 hea and 1.5 hebs
    £387.39/£196.46
Pay my debt by End of Feb 2022
    49.28% paid!

£199.55/£500 savings by End of April 2022
    39.91% saved!

Hollydays - have you tried youtube? there must be lots of cardio workout vids on there.. i think there's an exercise channel on Sky somewhere that i've stumbled across at some point but not sure what number it was!

    Red day for me today
B - apple, yogurt, sprinkle of all bran (1)
L - BLT without the T(HEB), random cold cuts(4), beetroot salad
T - Gammon steak, egg, jacket potato (HEB) jelly puddin' (1)
S - crisps (4) milk in tea (HEA)

Just been looking online at syns for Chorizo and Garlic sausage as I have these regularly as part of a lunch time cold cuts platter type thing - haven't synned them before as I always thought "they were just meat so they'd be fine" how wrong i was!

    Chorizo 100g 11.5 syns,
    Garlic sausage 100g 6.5!

back to plain ham for me i think.. It's very easy to slip up isn't it :(

Well done to all the losers :T:T.

Went to weigh-in last night, and I have lost 1.5lb this week. So I've nearly lost what I put back on last week. I'm going to go for it 100% this week, as I'd like to loose 2.5lbs to get my half stone award next week. Definately no drinking for me this weekend (or next week), as I really want to shift it.

EE as always for me (I'll have to look into the others as some days I really fancy 2 HEBs)

B: Melon, mullerlight, teas with milk (HEA)
    S: Banana, hi-fi bar (HEB)
L: Sardines, pasta, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, yellow pepper, beetroot, el mayo (0.5)), cheesecake style mullerlight (1)
    S: Satsuma, apple
D: Gammon, egg, SW chips, salad, skinny cow lolly (3.5)

So both HEs and 5 syns. May have a bag of walkers baked (5) this afternoon if I'm hungry, but it seems like a waste of 5 syns cos the bag is so small :(

Good luck to all those doing exams :T

Uncle Bens Lemon + rosemary rice is 2 and the pilau is 3.5, That will be on a Green day (not sure about EE coz I only do Green:D)

Ainsleys couscous are usually betwwen 0-2 on Green.

Can't help with the others, I know that the Macaroni cheese isn't free any more though :(
