    Thanks for the welcome :)
I did have the two jackets for tea, with no butter :) and I grated 2oz of cheese for 2 of us but OH probably had more than I did, and about 1/3 of a can of beans. And I really enjoyed it :)
I donated the rest of the egg (but there wasnt much left) to the OH (but as he is rapidly approaching 16st this perhaps wasnt a good idea)
I need some meal plan ideas so I'm off over to the recipes thread in a min, but I just have one question, the one thing I have noticed that I refuse to budge on is my full fat milk, so how will this count as allowances?? will it just be syns or am I just being very naughty??

    xxxxx

You should try Aromat on cottage cheese (and on scrambled egg). It lifts the flavour so much I'm sure you'd grow to like it. It can be found in the spice isle of Asda, Tesco etc and comes in a small round green and yellow tin.

I stick aromat on everything [within reason :D] Dizzy converted me. I use it instead of salt. Its luuuuvvveerrrllly :rotfl:

I believe most are 3.5 syns. I'd rather syn them then have as a HEB, it's not worth it otherwise IMO :rotfl:

I've just looked up the ingredients in Aromat, and it has a lot of iodised salt and the second ingredient is MSG so it's a no no for me I'm afraid. There's also milk extracts and yeast extract which I try to avoid too as I have a sensetivity to yeast and MSG.
    Shame.
NO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........

I havent had aromat but I am a big fan of "chicken seasoning" and "all purpose seasoning" fro carribbean shops. Also love Jamaican curry powder and jamaican jerk powder  these are really cheap in carribean shops an are good on fish, chicken pork along with potato wedges even!

    Yum!

Ps: Whomever mentioned BASA fillets, I found out today that BASA is AKA Catfish, so we both agree that its a lovely fish :D except yours was cheaper than mine so will stock up on them this weekend!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Glad to be of assistance :D

Had a slightly over synned day today. Had some easter egg chocolate, a tortilla wrap and a handful of chips.

This week hasn't gone too well SW wise, been at uni 10 hours each day for most this week, and have found it hard to find the time to eat, and to prepare good lunches and snacks to take with me! Over synned but undereating :o

Only got till Monday left at uni for this year though thankfully, so will fully embrace a 100% week soon! My mum is bringing my Wii Fit down this weekend too, so will get some body magic in next week too :T

WI on Saturday, and if I lose 2lb i'll reach my stone shiny. Not sure if i'll make it, but fingers crossed!
