Well done Mrs M :T:T:T:T and all the other losers!:T:T

I weighed in this morning and was gobsmacked to have lost 3/4 (0.75) of a lb :D:D

Not really deserved as I've not been exactly on plan this week :o

BUT I am delighted that my BHF tape measure tells me that my waist measurement is now HEALTHY :T:T

I've stuck to plan today despite baking all day for the animal sanctuary summer fair tomorrow - I haven't had a crumb or even licked a spoon :A

Dizzy - nice to 'see' you back and is there a spare place on the tank for me please???

Hummous - I have chick peas, fromfrais, garlic now what do I do? :o The one on the recipe thread doesn't use from frais so I could make either but which tastes better? Also someone [sorry memory like a goldfish] said they added some sort of oil, which was ????. I think I have sometimers :rotfl:.

Just sling 'em in the blender, TIE! I add a syn or 2-worth of sesame oil, a little chilli (very little, as hummous by definition is a bland thing I think), a bit of black pepper. Don't put too much from frais in, you can always add a bit more if you need. I also save a bit of the liquid from the can of chick peas in case it comes out too stiff. say nothing. Give it a taste when you've blended and see if it needs a little seasoning, say aromat or salt, and make sure the texture is right.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    Well done h007:T
With the leftovers: you don't have to decide now, you could portion it up and freeze then use it for sandwiches, salads or in curry or similar. Or you could do, what I often end up doing and that's going to the fridge at regular intervals and just picking at it until it's gone:o.

    Hello everyone!

Room for a not-so-little one in here?! I had my 3rd baby 7 weeks ago and now need to attempt to lose the 4.5st I put on when pregnant with the first one!

I went back to SW a couple of weeks ago (lost almost 2st a couple of years ago but put it all back on when DHs work hours changed and I couldn't go to group anymore). Promised the consultant I wouldn't stick to it 100% straight away as Noah is so young still and I'm breastfeeding. Lost 2lb at my 1st WI but didn't make it this week as both Noah and I have colds and I felt too ill to walk there in torrential rain! Have fallen off the wagon a bit this weekend due to feeling rough but will be extra good for the rest of the week and hopefully minimise the damage at Thursday's WI. I'm in no rush to lose the weight so I'm not too worried about falling off the wagon already :o

Definitely need to come and post here to give my willpower a kick up the backside. I was 14st 12lb when Noah was 3 days old, then at my joining WI I was 14st 6.5lb (size 18), down to 14st 4.5lb at 1st WI. My target is 10st but if I get to 11st and feel like that's enough then I'll stop there - don't want to be skinny, just want a healthy BMI and to fit in nice clothes.

Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Not had a bad day today.

B: Bacon, apple and pickled cabbage - yes I know a bit of a strange combination
L: Steak, jacket, peas and mushrooms - went to the pub so I think I did well seeing as everyone else was eating chips! Less than a scoop of strawberry ice-cream (2.5)
T: Spaghetti hoops on toast (HEB)
    S: Strawberries, Muller corner (3)

Also been swimming this morning too.

Well done to all losers especially MrsM.
