    Evening all!

I had a lovely day at school today - it was my last ever lesson with year 11 kids and some of them had bought or made me thank you cards for helping them through their exams and one had bought me a box of Quality Street:eek:

Of course I had to road test them to look grateful! Had 5 or 6 sweets - totalling around 15 syns:( I have left them in school though so I wouldn't scoff the lot tonight. I will offer them around the dept tomorrow to get rod of them - I will eat the lot otherwise.

For the rest of the day I've stuck to plan with no other syns...
Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
    Mid morning - banana
Lunch - leftover free bean chilli, strawberries
Tea - spaghetti, passata and quorn meatballs with grated cheese on top (A choice)

    So that's 1 A, 1 B and 15 syns - will have a frozen muller later on.

For Muller lovers - Spar have them on offer at 3 for £1.

Thanks Woofer - and youve just reminded me it's time to take my frozen toffee Muller out of the fridge and eat it!

I had a 1.5 loss last night which is a good start to my 8 lbs that I want to lose to take me to a new (and probably final) target, am pleased.

Best wishes to all, have read thru two days but not commented sorry! rushing.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
