DT and little one will be leaving Alder Hey soon, and heading home. No doubt she will post later.

    Home safely but absolutely shattered.

Little one slept all the way home snoring merrily :D

Thanks Gill for posting any time you want a reference for a PA job I'm your girl :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Especially thank you for directing us to the nearest Costa for much needed coffee, pastry and chat not necessarily in that order :T

Op went well but a bit disappointed there is no marked improvement in hearing which should have been instantaneous so we will have to wait and see what the next hearing test shows

The investigation of the airway showed no reason for the previous anaesthetic problem so no resolution there but no problems this time thankfully although she was in longer than anticipated and I was beginning to pace the ward :(

Nice to be home traffic was busy coming into Wales but could have been worse caught most of the F1 qualifying hopefully Perez will be fine nasty accident though shame that Lewis only got 7th probably will have to watch the highlights tomorrow as my sisters and my brother in law are coming for lunch on the way back from Ireland

I survived 30 hours without my laptop but only just :o lots of catching up to do.

Just so pleased to hear that you're safely back home with little one and also that the anaesthetic problem didn't reoccur. Just hoping the next hearing test produces better results.

Hope you're having a good evening relaxing at home.

Glad you are both back safe and sound. She was so lovely, and interested in what went on around her. Definitely a 'girly girl.

PS loved that green top, and forgot to mention that I last saw you when you were still on the diet, and you look really good. Even after some sleepless nights.

Glad all went well, sending you positive vibes for a smoother week this week, hell maybe even for the whole month as it starts tomorrow, you certainly deserve it xx

A smooth month would be nice :)

Potentially it is going to be a very busy month had my career coaching session today and my head is buzzing thankfully I will get a written report of all that we discussed as there was a lot of it. I am now required to do about four things simultaneously - so nothing new there then :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: my draft CV should be with me by Friday morning. I have to say I am very impressed so far and I was given lots of good advice so onwards and upwards on the job front :D

Foster child came back today with news that his support worker thinks she has chicken pox and he has a couple of spots on his cheek so I can guess where this is going to go :(

My little boy has a hacking cough so all fairly normal in the DT household ;)
