    Hi everyone

AJ - thinking of you and your family

Voted on the way to work this morning. Since getting home I have done nothing beyond shoving the TD on. Need to remove two cats from my knee and get on.

What an up and down couple of days. Went out for a family meal for OH aunts birthday last night. A fly on the wall would not know we were grieving, I haven't laughed so much in years. It was a lovely night finished off with a chinese lantern being let off in memory of Roy. Got into work this morning to find out that a guy who I used to work with and who has had the worst few years ever has taken his own life. I had hoped he had managed to get into a better place mentally but he obviously never did. He was a wonderful man and it seems such a shame.

Thanks for the kind words, the funeral is next Thursday.

AJ, DH's family were the same when FIL passed on - after the funeral we went back to MILs, ordered a huuuuge Chinese and really sort of celebrated the life Trevor had. There were tears but the general atmosphere was very positive as everyone had lots of good memories. I'll be thinking of you next Thursday. Sorry to hear about the man at work too :(.

Pigpen, that's really sad about the school lady's son and his best friend. Why can't people celebrate other people's differences - we're all human beings after all! Hope Moomin's growth injections go well. How many does she have to have and how frequently? Also, I know one of your children had been having problems with bed wetting and had some different drugs to try a while back - are they helping?

Jinky, glad you're all sorted out with the HB now - taken forever hasn't it.

Today I've done, um, um, made the beds, hung up wet washing - that's about it really. CBA to do anything and it'll still be there tomorrow won't it. Got 3 typing jobs to do (not all today) and have to vote too. Can't think what to do for tea; think I've got some left over lamb shanks I did in the SC on Tuesday so may warm that up with some rice.

She has to have 1 injection each night before bed until she finishesgrowing at about 16.

We stopped the second lot of medication as DD3 was psychotic on them.. she was attacking children and staff at school and really aggressive.

    nurse here now.. rushing.. xx

Aj sorry to hear about the chap at work.:( Nice that Roy's life was celebrated though; it was similar when our pal Colin left us - grand "do" at one of his favourite pubs, with much Real Ale consumed, and generally celebrating him.:o

Piggers I hope Moomin's injections help her, and aren't too unpleasant for her.:o

Seafarers's oh, poor you. Sounds unpleasant! However.... while you're not doing much "up and about" flying, how about tackling item #27 on your list? We've had two friends lose ALL their work on their lappies through not doing proper back-ups, so it's something I'm actually quite paranoid about.:o

I've blitzed the bathroom, done HHYoga, and given some random bloke who called my mobile trying to sell me something I don't want and can't afford an earbashing regarding nuisance calls (no idea how they got my number, which is worrying) so just Brain Training to do before Mr LW gets home.

    Then the schedule is:
1 He does his WiiFit weigh-in while I do the hotdogs for Sausage Inna Bun for our dins.:o
2 We eat, and Mr LW washes up while I set out tomorrow's meds.:o
3 Get chariot out of car, trundle up the road and vote.:o
4 Come back, stash chariot in car boot (usually lives behind front seats) and put rear seat up so that it can be used.:o
5 Collect "A" and hie us to the pub.
6 I watch the two reprobates get tiddly while I drink cranberry juice.:(
7 I drive back, via "A"'s place, and pour Mr LW into his pit.:(
    What's wrong with this picture??:D

Take it easy seafarers and don't do any more than you have to - make OH earn his keep! Do you feel sick or have you been sick? If you have been sick make sure you keep drinking; I used to have a glass of water with a straw (don't ask me why I had a straw - it just seemed to help?!) and keep on sipping the water. It's really important as you don't want to end up on a drip in hospital like someone not too far from here :o! Feeling ick is a good sign as it shows you have strong pg hormones so try to think of it as positive - easier said than done I know.

Ah, cooker beeper going so looks like the rice is ready to go with the lamb sauce now :T!

nixie :pAfter a great flying day yesterday, dropped today. BD with a vengeance. All I've managed is voting and drinking too much.

MUST must must go shopping for dress tomorrow. Don't think HRH's are going to be impressed with a skirt held closed with a safety pin.:D
