I have done very little today... totally shattered from last week's work trip (left on Monday, got back late yesterday afternoon... flight was delayed by 90 minutes as the plane was broken and they had to find us a new one...)
Haven't even unpacked... went to bed at 6.30 last night, woke up at 4.30, got up at 8.30 and have done very little since. Hope to be recovered for tomorrow as work is busy and I need to sort out the spare room for my dad's visit on Wednesday. Oh yes, and do some food shopping...0 -

I badly need to get some exercise as I'm seriously lethargic at the moment... might have an early night tomorrow and pretend to myself I'll go for a run before my massage appointment at the crack of dawn... of course, if I find my running stuff then the probabilty might increase...0 -
