LW~ have fun at the audiologist! if you are off to Stoke Manderville they are great, never been to the MK ones.
'Twas meant to be at Boots in CMK this morning (I gave up on getting a decent hearing aid through the NHS years ago); but I got a txt last night saying it was cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances" and to call and make another appointment.:( Mr LW will do that for me, but goodness knows when I'll be able to go, as he has to be available to take me. Not to worry, we'll sort it eventually. It was only my 6-monthly check, so nothing momentous.:o

Actually, tbh I'm a bit out of sorts today - was late taking my meds this morning, and it's put me right out. I shall have to be careful not to do that again!

It has got very hot here, or else I am about to have a funny hot flush....

    Odd so am I!

I did an hour financial paperwork. Walked around to a neighbours and begged a few pond plants, I'll take her some of my dailies in return :D Love plant swopping :D:D

Did 15 minutes in the back garden and made a cake and fed the mogs.

Just having a cuppa and then I need to go and get some eggs from a neighbour (taking weeds from the lawn) and do 15 minutes in the front garden, I was hoping for more rain but it has not come so I need to water in what I planted earlier.

    Afternoon all

    Happy Birthday Triker:bdaycake:

Pouring with rain again now. I did dry some washing earlier, after hokey-cokeying it, and we got round the shops in the dry. There was a huge swarm of bees outside when we went out, literally thousands, I wonder where they ended up?

DH was working today and then I made him go shopping so he's asleep on the settee now under a cat. When he wakes up he's got to go up in the loft (yes, he does know;)).

I've finished sorting out the airing cupboard, all that's left now is the stuff I use all the time and I can move that in 2 minutes when the time comes. I've got about six bags to go out for recycling on Tuesday and some stuff to go up in the loft.

sammiell (((hugs))) to you and your dd, I agree with JoJo take screen shots of the status and messages that they are posting and take these with you when you go into school. DD was being bullied earlier this year by some of her "friends" and I have to say her school handled it really well as DD reacted the same way as your DD and stopped eating.

OH and I went to town earlier to get DN present and we also got some bits for OH LO and I got a really nice top. Since coming home Ive decluttered a couple of hours sleep as I didnt get any last night and now we are getting ready for a family trip to the picture (well without DD as apparently she has a life :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

I was hoping for more rain but it has not come so I need to water in what I planted earlier.

We are not!! We have just discovered that the roof above our bay window has a leak :mad: We have hardly had any rain for about 2 months now, so last nights rain took until this evening to start seeping through :( I really hope the ceiling is going to hold, as we have no way of seeing exactly what the damage is. My friends son (who has been a roofer for the last 6 years) is going to take a look at it as soon as he can, but probably won't be until tomorrow afternoon :( So everybody please pray (or whatever) for a dry night in Southend-on-Sea! :T

We were doing so well flying wise... we have walked the dog, I have cleaned the window in DDs room, we have rearranged the funiture in there, and left her to finish off sorting out her stuff. The clothes recycling bag is now full. Oh, and I finished cleaning the shower screen :)
We have ordered pizza, and while we are waiting for that to arrive DH & DS are setting up the new fish tank. Then we are watching Dr Who :D

    evening everyone

we have had a mostly wet day - well especially when I needed yto be out:(

mamaninie thats a gorgeous quilt - you are very clever:D
vanilla glad Rhys had a nice time and its good that the hospital now know you and you are keeping up to date with them - sounds good that he will be in for a while yet - well done to Sis and BiL for helping - how is she keeping? when is her baby due?

sammiell sorry to hear you are still having problems with those brats - hope you get somewhere with the problem when you have the meeting next week - well done for keeping tabs on their facebook messages - they are not very smart are they:rotfl: I hope DD manages to keep coping with it (((hugs))) for you both
    piggers where are you?
Valli AnW'sMum is fine just busy - was speaking to her last night
why is it that my days never quite go according to plan - oh well in the grand scheme of things I suppose it doesnt really matter.

was out at our Pet Service this morning then helped at the monthly lunch
came home and had a visit from my friend C and her sister - they stayed longer than I expected
then went into town for an eye test
that took a bit longer than expected( and I have to go back next week) so had to dash home in time for teatime carer - only got in about 5 mins ahead of her so tea was not wonderful!
was just settling down after she left when I got a call so had to dash to the flat to meet someone and of course it was pouring rain so I couldnt take my chair!
by the time I got back here I was soaked but they did actually help me with a small problem I had at the flat so that was a bonus.

I had intended to get loads on ebay today but that hasnt happened - there is alaways tomorrow!

get well vibes for all the poorlies
love and hugs to everyone - especially LadyL ( are you moving just now?)

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
