Arrgggghhh! Is THAT the time?
Minion is desperate to have a haircut today. Can't see the urgency myself - it is 2 years since her last one [cough].
Would have helped if KH had bothered to pay maintenance yet, but he's even worse now it goes into DD's account. Would have thought that he would be careful to re reliable to make himself look good in her eyes, but noooooooooo. She is not impressed.
Oh well, will take her, then pick up some garlic on the way back - remembered to get plantain yesterday (my new favourite breakfast), but completely forgot garlic (used in large number of meals at Tightfisted Towers) - doh! Maybe look in the shops out that way for a gold nose stud as it's nearly time to hoik out the one that was put in when I had it pierced.
Then back, quick WM x 1, maybe x 2
Push vacuum cleaner around
Make minion take her clean washing upstairs and PUT IT AWAY.
Do the same with mine
and then it should be time for a  in the garden.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
DD's bedroom now done just need to run the hoover round it. Next i think is the boys room, oh boy i could be awhile. Think i'll make the boys do the most of it.
More washing done and more dryed. All clean clothes put away and Rhys snoozing.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
That looks nothing like Triker :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Morning runs all done, returned some bits to town. Did HHG on the veg patch. Lunch time now and then either a bit more in the garden or some ironing/sewing depending on the weather.
DH is taking the younger 2 to Stevenage Boroughs last game of the season so a couple of hours peace. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Parents evening was very positive so that was good no worries her grades are already to gcse grade a shes only in year 8 so its not affecting her school work but i dont want her worried by it as she stops eating and im not having that again

Doesn't look like it was much of a productive HH under the stairs but I wondered why on earth DD's school bag was so heavy when I moved it, turns out she's been taking 3 pencilcases fit to burst to school! No wonder her back hurts some days since she also carries her reading book, full PE kit (she won't leave that in school incase she forgets to bring it home to wash) and a folder full of papers! Me thinks I will be having words tonight and help her sort them out into one case, she can't possibly need 10 pens for school
I've also been putting music onto my laptop so I can put them on my phone6 disc down, numerous to go

We've had a wildfire at the back of our home. It's been put out now but our whole house now stinks like a bonfire. OH is washing the clothes that were on the line etc, but what about our settee, curtains etc. Is there an easy way rather than washing everything?
The clothes in the wardrobe seem fine but even the mattresses smell:(
Pinkprincess I'm not sure if this has already been answered, but when we had a wildfire at the back of us the other weekend I aired the whole house for a week. I had nearly all the windows in the house open. Unfortunately washing wise it would mean doing it all again..but maybe with some white vinegar to get rid of the smell.
Although you have probably got rid of the smell by now hopefully. Hope you don't get anymore of these wildfires, scary things they are. Ours damaged the trees at the back, luckily we saved the fence. But it looks like armageddon has come to all the scrub.Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️
