Morning all! I;m at work today, could've had it off but i'll save it for another time!

Had such a nice weekend, bbq and drinks on friday, nice long walk on sat and reading my book in the sun yesterday, i'm a bit burnt too!

Plans for this month is to try my very very very hardest to have money left in my account come next payday, at the moment its looking rather respectable about £309 but I buy shopping week to week and its 4 weeks tomorrow till payday, got a few birthdays and nights out this month aswell!

Looking forward to finishing work today, need to get back to my excersize classes, been off for two weeks as I had a tummy bug and then was just too lazy to go back, got a feeling tonight will be a killer though!

Got a pile of clothes/shoes I really want to sell on ebay aswell, no reason why i've not listed them yet, i'm just rubbish with writing a description, I make that my mission for the week!

Hope everyone has a great day xxx

    Morning all,

I am having a quick breakfast and then eating some frogs, 15 minutes at a time rearranging my room to fit in a new cage for Guinea pigs. boring but neccessary.

Breakfast first tho, enjoy yourselves people xxx

I ended up doing 2 carboot sales in 2 days (got the second one free as it was quiet on the first day) and made about £70 in all. I am more than happy with that - DS has some money for his school trip fund and I have a handy cash float for all those little expenses that seem to catch me out. Plus we have shifted a fair bit of clutter. Now I know it is quite painless, I think I will do another carboot in a few weeks - good excuse to clear out the attic!

Going to be chilly tonight people, so my little chickypoodles are getting shut indoors for the night. (In their own house, I don't mean in our house! The cat would never stand it, 2 feathered females ganging up on him.)

Good idea, PXE, my OH made soup today (chicken stock from the weekend roast plus sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, parsnips and seasoning) - much nicer than anything out of a can.

I keep meaning to hit the supermarkets at the time they do their reductions but it's always the wrong time of day for me.

Well done CIDT, you've just reminded me that my washing is still out DOH!
I've had a busy busy day. Sent a CV for a job, then went to buy a blouse with my gift card for an interview tomorrow, came back to an email telling me I needed to fill in an application form (before midnight), printed off my assignment briefs (hand in's 2 on the 10th, 1 on the 18th, 2 on the 26th).

Now going to think up what they are likely to ask me tomorrow, put together pointers for the assignments so I can get stuff from the library tomorrow and read up on my role in Thursday's election. Have 15 hours to fill and can't leave the hall but need to get stuff organised to do - ideally stuff to read and highlight.

    Are you tired? I am!

p.s. Have just been rung by my polling clerk and she is lovely. I had one last year who gave me the wrong ballot book when I had put the right one out on the desk and wittered on endlessly (for 15 hours) about how marvelous her life, her kids and everyone else she knew was doing, and I'd just been made redundant! Apologies if you're reading!

Butti~Having previosly been a Pres Officer for many years I know only too well how the 15 hours can be endless depending on who you are paired with.
Sadly I can no longer cope with the long day.
Have you just got the AV vote?
We also have election to Scottish parliment.
    Hope all goes well tomorrow.
