OK, I know it has its advantages (weight loss for one) but sagging... noooo. I think I'm with the French ladies on this one.

totally worth every millimetre of sagginess though! :)

I have never understood wearing bras for bed - mine comes off the minute I get in from work if I am not going back out.

Plus I would look silly just in a bra sleeping hehe

Or do the people who wear bras wear knickers too?

i`m sure i have read somewhere that its not good for a woman to wear a bra 24/7 because it can increase the risk of breast cancer. something to do with the lymphatic system and not being able to drain away the fluid that collect around the lymph nodes which in turn can cause lymph glands to turn cancerous.....
amyways mine go free at night......................

Because obviously whether your boobs sag a bit is far more important than all the benefits for your baby!

    No knickers in bed either?

Call me a prude if you like, but that sounds weird.

I'm a 36GG. I don't wear a bra in bed but do wear a stretchy vest top thing that allows for a little support.

Re: pregnancy and breastfeeding and large breasts......I hate being 2-3 sizes bigger on top than my bottoms, never being able to wear nice dresses and now also facing them heading South that I know pregnancy and breast feeding will be the final toll. I have therefore saved enough up already for a breast reduction when i have finished having children!! Oh the thought of being able to wear nice bras, a shift dress and just feel less burdened, I cannot wait!

Hehe funny how we all have different perceptions.

I think it would be weird to wear knickers (and a bra) to bed - when I was growing up my mum always said you shouldnt wear knickers to bed give your bits chance to 'air' - maybe a coincidence but I have never ever had thrush as some people do.

i usually wear a vest top with a support in it

I am a 30g or 30gg on a small frame and find that as i put on my pjs nearly as soon as i get in for lounging around i am not too bothered if anyone comes over, I do put on a hoodie etc but would still feel not right if we had visitors

anyone who comes over regularly expect me to have my pjs on so am not bothered about the seeing me in them if you know what i mean

I do. When mine got big my Mum said that french women moisturise their chest area and sleep in a bra, that's why they look so much better on the beach.

She said droopy boobs are uncomfortable and harder to buy well-fitting bras for so I should take care of mine.

do you thiink this has helped then? how long have you been doing it
