If anyone wears an underwired bra to bed, you're probably doing more harm than good.
If you're not wearing the correct fitting bra and changing it every 6-12 months there is no point in wearing a bra to bed, unless you're massive and they get in the way.
Plus, we all get old, we're all gunna get wrinkles. If you're 60, and look 90 in the face, who gives a monkey's how good your boobs look???0 -

Also, my wife might have something to say about it.
On a serious note, how can it help with sagging? Do you sleep standing up?
thanks for giving me a laugh after a rubbish day:)0 -
Sleeping without a bra is horrid!
All those who say otherwise, are you wearing the correct fitting? If they are uncomfortable I very much doubt it!"fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts." (Bertrand Russell)0 -

No, sleeping without a bra is normal. Do you wear pants in bed as well?0 -
Im quite big chested and now Im over 40 gravity is taking its toll! I buy nightdresses and pjs from Bravissimo with built in bra tops - they are really comfy and its so nice to wake up in the morning with things where they should be rather than all over the place0

i`m sure i have read somewhere that its not good for a woman to wear a bra 24/7 because it can increase the risk of breast cancer. something to do with the lymphatic system and not being able to drain away the fluid that collect around the lymph nodes which in turn can cause lymph glands to turn cancerous.....
amyways mine go free at night......................

I'm completely with you on this. I recently discovered Bravissimo nightwear and it's worth every penny. So nice to wear a skimpy nightdress that stays where it is supposed to be. I don't think i would be that comfy in a wired bra in bed but secret support tops and non-wired built in bras definitely make me more comfy.0
