Do you wear a bra in bed?

Options
My friend asked me because she had heard that it can help with sagging!

Is this a good idea or not?

    I couldn't imagine anything more uncomfortable :)

I suppose a wireless bra wouldn't be too bad though.

I can't remember where I read about it, but it was some famous women explaining their non wrinkles and firm breasts.

There is the school of thought that keeping the pups supported will stop the sagging, and there has to be some truth there as it stands to reason

Its too late for me but I think if I had my time again Id try with a supportive sports bra at night, or even a supportive vest type top - one of those with the hidden support.

    Nope. Never felt the need.

Also, my wife might have something to say about it.

On a serious note, how can it help with sagging? Do you sleep standing up?

    Sometimes I do, it depends.

If you have an ample bust, I've read that you should always sleep on your back, as if you sleep on your side or stomach, the skin will stretch and crease. (Which in my case, I can see that starting to happen, eeek! Creases anyway!)

no amount of bra wearing will defy gravity, pregnancy and age! I used to wear a bra when i was in my teens but that was because they hurt during the growing stages. I dont bother now - much more confortable
