I've never worn one in bed, not huge boobs (C cup) but I'm 45 and no sagging yet.
  • Surely sagging boobs are a good thing.

They'll pull the wrinkles down out of my face.

Well, a mixed response, still really none the wiser whether a good or bad thing, definitely seems to be a personal preference.

Vive la boobs (however they are :))

no amount of bra wearing will defy gravity, pregnancy and age!

Indeed. It's a myth that if you don't wear a bra your breasts will sag. Studies have proved this is nonsense. It might well be more comfortable to wear a bra, but the breasts are supported by muscle - the clothes you wear have no bearing whatsoever on the efficacy of these muscles.

I've been wearing a sports bra to bed since I expressed milk on a hospital machine (think cows and farm equipment) for months for my incubator based DD. I started wearing one 24/7 due to the excruciating pain in my breasts and continued as the pain returned every month. My symptoms are all but gone now and my husband swears that I am much more pert!!!

I don't. I already sleep with one pillow wedged between my legs and another supporting my bump, I'll go a bit mental if I have to add a bra into the mix. I only wear underwired bras and can't imagine it being very comfortable.

I do. When mine got big my Mum said that french women moisturise their chest area and sleep in a bra, that's why they look so much better on the beach.

She said droopy boobs are uncomfortable and harder to buy well-fitting bras for so I should take care of mine.

French women do use bust creams and sleep in bras, but mainly the reason why French old ladies have great boobs on the beach is that hardly anyone ever breast feeds. They have a strong cultural belief that breasts are for your husband, not your baby so France has the lowest breastfeeding rate in the western world.

They think breastfeeding mothers are weird and call them lovely names such as mama-vache, une bovine, and une t!tine g!ante. (Cows and giant dummies basically)

So that's why they still have great boobs their breasts didn't go up and then down four cup sizes several times a day every day for a year per baby :o
