I do but I had a boob job and had to sleep in a sports bra for 6 weeks after, but i decided to look after my investment as I would never be able to afford it again, so continue to sleep in a bra and find it comfortable.0

Apparently so!
I guess if they're getting bigger and smaller all the time that can't be good for the elasticity of the skin.
Bummer.
If I ever have kids I'm definitely breastfeeding though. I know some people can't, but I'm definitely going to try my hardest.0 -
I have always worn a bra in bed. It's not something I do to prevent 'sagging', it's just more comfortable for me this way.0

OK, I know it has its advantages (weight loss for one) but sagging... noooo. I think I'm with the French ladies on this one.

I take mines off the minute I get home, give them some freedom til bed-time then wear a sports bra. Mostly because of soreness, was advised to wear one ALL the time by a breast specialist when I had a scare last year. Eh no to all the time, yes to wearing in bed - unless OH is there!0

I can assure you that it is not the breastfeeding that does the damage but the pregnancy itself. Hormones and all that. Your boobs will grow whether you breast feed or not. The milk comes and then goes again so the boob will stretch no matter what.:A

Because obviously whether your boobs sag a bit is far more important than all the benefits for your baby!
As the previous poster said it is the growth during pregnancy that does the damage rather than breastfeeding anyway.0
