If you look on catalogue sites aimed at "older" women they usually have some sleep bras. Evans also used to to a crop top type bra that looked comfortable enough to sleep in. I don't wear one (too late for me) but, like Suki1964, if I'd my time again I would.

For Gloomendoom if the breasts are supported it stops the skin being stretched. Stretched skin means saggy boobs :-(

I always have. Never found it uncomfortable at all. In fact, I feel uncomfortable without one on.

I never ever used to wear one to bed but I do now, can't remember why I started. I feel really uncomfy now if I don't have a bra on, day or night.

Cant wait to rip my bra off at the end of the day. If I have a PJ day, which when Im ill is quite often, I dont wear one either and dont really notice it. Im not too big but not too small either. The only time I did wear a bra all the time was when I breastfed my 4 babies. Now that did do for my boobs :(
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

I can't stand wearing my bra in bed and my boobs need scaffolding (gravity is not my friend regardless of if i'm wearing a bra or not)
