cos if they dont ask for your recipt you get another "go" :) I think thats the reason!

I really don't think this needs to be continuously repeated throughout the thread. Some of us actually want to benefit from this promotion for a while to come, in the manner it was supposed to be used for. So please don't give Tesco another reason to withdraw it completely.

I've all but given up on getting the results for Tesco receipts I initially entered on Sunday.
I've tried re-entering the details with amended times by 12 hours, but still nothing.

Tesco Price check is like the rest of Tesco's - total !!!!...

Quite clearly thats the only reason some people here would use it. No offence but otherwise its just asda price. whereas it still could be DTD if you get receipt back. Btw before you kill the messenger i stopped DTD when it ended and did do a bit of meal dealing.

Obviously henlans is the type of bloke who will convince himself its ethical/moral and infact legal but i believe its none of these things... as evidenced by his 'brother' who went in and 'accidently' forgot his receipts in the car (ergo trying to use voucher without receipt multiple times).

Trying submitting plus & minus 1 minute each way - worked for me on a stubborn one.

Ie my receipt showed 12.54 but I got back my price check voucher for 12.53

Am I missing something? If T are just giving back the difference why would I want to buy it form them rather than Asda, plus all the aggro about the vouchers.

I have never re-used a receipt or reprinted a voucher so please everyone, don't assume we all do.

I still use JTD or RTD because I don't have an Asda anywhere near me (as much as a1cat would like you to think otherwise) so at least this way I can get some of the stuff that is on special at Asda from Tesco and then claim the difference back.

Yes it's still agro; but that's why I've started going back to Sainsburys again recently too.

I can confirm that this method does indeed produce results. It also works for the ASDA Price Guarantee as well. I think that the Very Big Computer System that stores all the receipt details sometimes records a different time than the one printed on the receipt. No idea why.
