Thank you so much girls. How do I work out when I am due? Ive never allowed myself to look into all that, thought I was tempting fate.
  • OMG!!! Congratulations!!!! :j

Your OH is going to be totally shocked :D

You can work out your due date by googling online pregnancy calculator, you put the first date of your LMP in and it will give you and expected due date. Obviously this is only approximate as everyone ovulates differently.

Yey yey congratulations - I have no idea how to work out when you're due, my doctor did it for me when I went to see him when I was about 8 weeks gone (I was abroad when I concieved and was healthy so didn't see a doctor til I got back to the UK). Its something to do with when your last period was - I'm sure there must be online calculator thingies for that ;).

Congrats again, we'll keep shtum until you've told your OH :D:D.

i'm so pleased for you hun, what wonderful news.

i can't remember excatly with my first 3 when i found out i was preg but with my last baby i was late i did 2 test both negative but i just knew i was preg. on the 3rd test i finally got a positive and i was in shock, lol.

with this baby i had my symptoms , but we were off to families and i knew there would be lots of alcohol. and we were trying for a bbay so i thought i got a test i'll pee on it, what harm could it do it was about 4 or 5 days before period was due. i'd got up about 5 am everyone was alseep and i was a bit bored. i did it. it was a positive. i turned on every light in our bedromm woke up huuby and shoved it under his nose . i was over the moon but also complete shock again. i've not had any real symptoms whole pregnancy . i'm 24 weeks now , fat , being battered 24/7 but i still keep forgetting :rotfl:

Yay yay yay, bet you've never been so grateful for a wee in your life :-)

How are you going to tell him?

The first time I was pregnant I bought a bracket gift box and out the test in it and wrapped it up as a gift and just said "I got you something" and smiled :-)

With the second I printed a little t-shirt for my first daughter that said "I'm going to be a big sister" and she was wearing it when he came home from work.

They are both great ideas. I am going to have to think about it. Want to do it in a memorable way. Mmmmmmmmmm any ideas very welcome, I am not very imaginative, lol
