Don't think anyones mentioned it yet, not strickly speaking a coupon, althought I guess as you have to buy the paper it is ( just to keep browntoa happy) but it looks like there are some Dr Who model/possible lego thingys in the mirror tomorrow. Haven't quite worked out what yet but the mirror often do lego giveaways and I keep them for my boys stockings at chrimbo. Anyway just thought I would let you all know if you're interested then you'll need to check out the newspaper thread tomorrow. I do know collection at Toys R us or Sainsburys. Bit of a rubbish post, sorry, but I always like advance warning.

Morning all. I have been printing coupons for a while now without any problems, but this morning when I go to print from BIS it's asking me to install Coupon printer again. I tried doing this and it won't let me. When I click download nothing happens. I want to try it again, but the coupon that I had been trying to print won't let me try again, I don't want to "waste" all my coupons trying to print them, when they don't work.
Also, just thought I'd mention the milk glitch in Tesco Express' in case anyone hasn't seen it. It's supposed to be 3 x 4pints for £3 but the till is taking £1.75 off which means you get 3x4pints for £2 which I think is a great deal if you go through milk like we do. (Only works in Express though)

There is also Cumberland  available too :)

Found some of these this morning thanks and also found some MOCs for Warburtons products on a leaflet in the trolley.

Two MOCs for 50p off any Warburtons bakery product one valid until 01/11/11 and the other valid 02/05/11 to 01/12/11.
They can be used at any participating stockist so worth collecting a few.
If I'd realised that I would have made more effort to accumulate more but I didn't have my glasses with me and couldn't read the small print!

Morning everyone, very upset and can't stop crying. My pooch had an op last November, for various lumps but the main was in her mouth (or lip as the vet now insists), but the one I was most concerned about, the one on her lip was not removed. Went to another vet, recently and it turns out is is cancer. Wrote a letter to my previous vet who I have now spoken to on the phone (she called me 4 times yesterday but I was out)...insists that the lump was not there, insists that I hadn't mentioned it; says the consent form agreed to what was to be done (I don't recall anything being listed as she says)...says I didn't pay for the lump to be removed so why would I get a refund. Said she was very upset that I was upset and that she was a softy...basically, I felt like I was being called a liar and expected something for nothing (although eventually offered to do the op at a reduced rate as a gesture of goodwill, but I don't want to put pooch through it again.) She had removed gum tissue which hadn't been discussed prior to op and now insists I signed a consent form for this. Insists the lump wasn't there and if it was I should have marked it. I said how could I do that, it was in her mouth and she said it was the lip you could have done it. She said when I asked the nurse at the checkup about it that I only mentioned her mouth (it seems the lip is not her mouth!).

There was more, but the bit where she said she had always been mindful of my financial situation (since ex left), meaning she had given some discount (which I don't believe), just made me burst into tears. I feel mortified and I don't know why and can't stop crying.

The bottom line is she missed the lump irrespective of whether she didn't charge me for not removing it. But the worst, is that she is denying it and I've been at that vets for years. Years. I only wanted a refund so I could pay for any treatment (not op) for pooch. I sold my car so I could pay for the last one. I trusted the vet completely and never questioned her when she immediately suggested an op. The lump on her mouth (lip) was the main thing, everything else was extra so she would only go through one op. And the gum tissues was never mentioned.

    Sorry for the whine. :(
