oh dear I succumbed to the BS glitch, two orders for me.
Also used up 1 Groupon voucher, have another one to use.
However I do have 1 UU- Biosen shower gel - WNBA lots of bubbles but too strong soapy smelling.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I give money to my besties 2 boys and they ALWAYS call me to say thankyou. I tell them that they are good kids and because they have said TY they will continue to receive pressies from me :rotfl:. I'm sure it's their mum that reminds them to thank me but if they didn't I would simply stop giving to them or say something to their mum (would never need to with her to be honest though.) You work hard for that money, kids these days, pah!! Wait till they get a job and blah blah going into rant about kids not understanding the value of money......
:rotfl::rotfl:
They are roughly 9/11/14 - old enough to know better but still young enough for mum to give them a nudge  I've asked OH to gently mention it to his mum that we are getting tired of lack of thank you's - hopefully that will sort itand if it doesn't? well £1 smelly set for the eldest and a £1 book/craft thing for the youngest two. I won't give them money because (a) I get better value gifts in the sales (eldest has got a Fearne Cotton Hat Box for her birthday this year! Boots 75% off sale) and (b) MIL is very funny about cash as gifts and I really don't want to be on her bad side :rotfl::rotfl:
One UU after my (wonderful) bath:
Imperial Leather Foamwash: WIBA? No - it was like washing with shaving foam  I wouldn't turn it down if it was free - as it cleaned well enough - but wouldn't pay for it
I feel so much better now I'm clean and all the yuk is off my face - I'm really no longer a make-up type of person
Here's hoping everyones BS Glitch orders get fulfilled (and not just so I can be smug and stare at you on the naughty step) :rotfl:

Oh forgot to say thanks for the offer sawan - I really don't know if the code is for more than one use or not but if you want to use it first and then pm the code perhaps:D:o -(although must remember that I am trying to be good.... but they are about to launch a new Angelica skincare range....must resist)
Thanks for the compliments about my nails *hugs* Had a slight complex about them for ages! My huge hips don't bug me but my fingers do, weird me I know :rotfl:
I will definitely pm it to you when home (still staying at sister1's). There's obviously nothing I really need, but there's a few things which would make nice presents (sister2's is next week).
Using Flakeaway at the moment. Not finding it that bad to be honest. What is it that everybody dislikes so much? Find it oily on skin when washed off but that's about it, so just living with it. I have to admit though that I am using it fairly liberally
Opened an Organic Surge shower gel today, peach and passion, smells simply amazing
Did PYTNSA with nails inc Belgrave Square & PYNSA with nails inc Belgravia (just noticed the similar names)
Resisting the Orly polishes so far
No splutterers (here anyway) and no more uus yet.
Kaz hope your headache is better *hugs* and DD legs are recovering.
Sarah drives me mad if somebody doesn't say thank you in that situation, especially my nieces and nephew. My sister does remind them but they get far too easily distracted with what they've received or with what they're doing. A word with the MIL was probably the best ideaMaybe they won't change then you can just use the extra treat money for a super pamper session

Good morning all. I am not planning on leaving the house and really daren't put anything else on the CC this month so think I can get through the day without spending! Maybe get a toe off the naughty step later. No beauty shows on QVC today either as that was all happening yesterday and as they were mostly LE shows I didn't bother watching. Did record an hour's worth in the small hours so that I have something to watch when doing the mammoth pile of ironing awaiting me though.
A UU for me from yesterday although not sure it's a UU or a throw out. On the flight out to Tenerife last year I bought a Smashbox eyeshadow pallette which had the teeniest bottle of their eyelid primer in it. This is what I threw out yesterday. I wasn't getting any more product on the brush so guess it was finished. WNBA - yes it was lovely product but I prefer my Lemon Aid (and the Dainty Doll alternative I'm using).
Does anyone know where I can find the ingredients of Boots Botanics range? Boots.com used to list them but for the last couple of days I've noticed they're not there anymore.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Just caught up! Sorry I haven't been on for a while - lost a good friend last week, she was getting on but still doesn't make it any easier, such a feisty and fabulous lady and will be badly missed
. Am going to get her some bright and beautiful flowers for her service as she was always tickled to get flowers. My best friend's Dad had a quadruple heart bypass too a couple of weeks back so really need to get down to visit him soon too. They are both more like family than friends so it's bit crap at the moment
Sorry for the depressing-ness!
UU mini FCUK shower gel and body lotion - wba - smells lovely
Sawan - you have th purple crackle!!!!!!!! Yay! Can't wait to see what you do with it! A stranger commented on my nails the other day - did them Models Own Gold with purple crackle - was so happy! Won't post a pic as they are badly chipped nowCan't wat to hear how you get on with the Zumba game! Tempted to try a class bu I reckon it might be a bt scary!

Juliebunny, it is sort of for variety, I have a few face creams on the go, but two are serums and one day and one night cream. the bubble bath sort of happend, DD bought me Calm one, Calm all for christmas and an M&S one for mothers day and insisted they were tried straightaway and this added to the ones I had already opened. I have a few shower gels on the go, one is for the rest of the family and the others are for me, I opened others because the Clean on Me will NEVER end and I was getting fed up.The devil makes works for idle hands0 -

I'm using Flake Away too but quite like it. Why don't people like it?Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.

well the MSE in me made me UU the No7 Time Resisting face moisturiser on my feet after i soaked them yesterday. I'm glad that i did as there was tonnes left it would have taken months to use the stuff up!
My Sanctuary Mande Lular body souffle is spluttering, i definately will be able to UU tonight! Yay! First time i will have ever UU a 400ml tub.
Had a switch around on my toiletries stash. It's such a palava to get the huge heavy box down from on top of the wardrobe that i tend to shop ahead in it and put the stuff in my 'holding area' if i know i will need it soonish. Does that make sense? At least it saves me going to the shops. Decided to use my Kyphi body butter before the smaller tub of Mande Lular that i previously had in line for next use. Decided to go for a change. It looks really thick which will also be a change.0 -
DD's legs are better now thanks guys. My head is better too. I felt so awful for so long. Not good. I don't think I have felt that bad since I was a teenager. It was like car sickness too and the only way out of it is to try and sleep it off.
Does anyone else get ill from changes in the weather like this? I would really like to have the weather affect me less because I would not have been able to work since Friday and would not have been able to justify ringing in sick because of the weather. It wouldn't look good would it? Haha!
I made laundry gloop earlier on today. It's quite exciting really and very cheap to do. If it works well, I'll definately switch to doing this long term. It's much much cheaper than buying washing liquid. I may also try the washing powder as people say there's less faff than the gloop. I need to ask around the family to get another 2L bottle to put the gloop into though because I had to make a half quantity as I only have a 2L bottle. Unfortunately, I then went and put double the amount of soda crystals in it that I needed (brain not functioning correctly). This may be a way to UU unloved soap bars but it would be more expensive then. They advocate use of the cheap cheap soaps (I think I paid 77p for 4 bars but never counted them as an in as they were bought to make the gloop).

morning everyone! Will have a read to catch back up in a mo...
Decided to try that Johnsons facial wash I was sent to test - considering it says on it its suitable for sensitive skin I was not very impressed. The stuff itself was fine when it was on my face but after I washed it off and looked in the mirror my face has gone red in patches, seem to have this problem will most facial washes/exfoliators even the most seemlingly gentle like the johnsons one....Once tried a Clean & Clear exfolaitor (the blackhead remover one) and my face swelled up for about a week! Needless to say Ive pretty much given up with facial washes these days.
Need some scar advice (and I know Im probably going to be told 'Bio Oil') except that doesnt seem to work on me. Basically I seem to scar SO easily - litterally from the most shallow of cuts - infact not even cuts, believe it or not I took off a plaster and the sticky edge from the plaster has actually scared my arm!
So A) is there anything to stop me scaring as easily as I do orsomething other than Bio Oil that may work?
Begining to also get really fed up of my shampoo (500ml bottle of Treseme) it leaves my hair constantly feeling like straw its horrible, the mixture is also incredibly runny so actually despite only using it a month or so Im already through half a bottle -compared against the 7 months it took me to use up my Aussie shampoo which was half the size. Certainly not worth the money for this one althought thankfully I bought it whilst it was on offer. Looking back over my stash list I don't actually have any shampoo in my stash (except for sample size ones) so I think a nice shampoo will be my next in - hopefully find the Aussie one on offer again as that was the nicest one Ive ever used.
On a side note - hope everyone has had a nice weekend
The weather here is so wierd, after a hot and sunny day on Friday we had heavy rain that evening. Saturday was no better weather wise, gloomy and rainy but it was so hot outside, to the point that I took my coat and cardigan off but still hiding under an umberella - really strange when its like that. Last night was unbelievable and our road started flooding but its back to brilliant sunshine again today.
Am off to lunch this afternoon with MIL etc as a late kind of birthday meal for OH although he failed to find out actually where we are going, so I dressed up in the hope it is somewhere other than thier local pub, but I fear it probably will end up being so and Im going to look somewhat overdressed.
On a different note does anyone know how I can get hold of details for a bank account - Basically a few months back OH had a yearly bank statement through from Halifax for a savings account he didn't know he had, the account had a fair amount of money in it and so Im going to transfer it into an ISA for him (as he earnt a whopping £8 in interest for the year after tax which works out to less than 0.004%) but as per usual he's gone and lost the bleeding letter. I doubt theres anyway I can get hold of the information as he's too laid back about the whole thing to do it himself....?MFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11
