I had this problem recently, I was advised to make either tiramisu, chocolate cheesecake (which you can freeze) or stir it through chopped tomatoes for a lush pasta sauce.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

fab recipe if you are going on a picnic:
marscapone cheese
icing sugar
1 x lime or lemon juice
digestive biscuits
basically this makes on the go mini cheesecakes.
mix icing sugar with cheese to required taste.
Stir in juice of the lemon or lime
Add zest (optional)
Spread the cheese mixture on the biscuits for delicious dessert biccys on your picnic (or at home)0 -
In a large bowl, chop fresh fruit eg nectarines, strawberries etc, or tip in drained tinned fruit. Drizzle with a little alchol if so desired.Add alchol (fruit juice) soaked sponge fingers/vanilla sponge slices if you fancy.
In a separate bowl, combine the mascarapone and 1/3 quantity of double cream. Sweeten with icing sugar if so desired. Put on top of fruit. Dredge the top with icing sugar and flaked almonds and stick under the grill until golden. A really delicious and very easy pudding.0 -
Hi Noah'sPennilessMummy,
There's an earlier thread that should give you some ideas so I've added your post to it to keep all the suggestions together.
