            Easiest pudding ever,
Cut a banana in half lengthways. Spread a thick layer of marscapone over the cut side, sprinkle with demerarra and place under a hot grill until sugar has melted and begun to bubble. Delicious.
Wonderful with peaches in the summer too.0

Fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries sliced and topped with mascarpone - just delicious.
Quick pudding, some elmlea or double cream whip and add whipped up mascarpone cheese, a tablespoon of icing sugar and a couple of tablespoons of lemon curd - mix all together and put in individual pots for a refreshing pudding.Saving in my terramundi pot £2, £1 and 50p just for me! :j0

Add some to your pizza topping
use it as a spread (a bit of lemon on it)
Or if you have the patience and know how you can make ravioli with mascarpone filling  (Oh mum where are you?)Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0

Mix it with a little bacon, the zest of a lemon, some rosemary and thyme, then spread it between the breast and skin of a chicken (stick the leftover lemon halves up the birds bum!). The meat stays really moist - I did it last year for my Christmas turkey and it was divine.0

Does anybody have a savoury recipe that I could use mascarpone with please? I have an unopened tub that goes off today and I dont want to throw it out!
I would like to be able to freeze it as I have my meals for the next few days already prepared. Can I freeze it as it is or in a recipe?
 Thanks in advance0
