  • I still have only 4 of my e-vouchers and a message saying incorrect code entered despite checking and double checking. I have tried ringing the number on the Terms and Conditions - automated answer, I have tried ringing the number posted above (thank you for that Absoluteutopia) - no answer and I have sent an urgent email with a read receipt.

Incidentally I got the L7 as a replacement for my previous L7 (dropped down a toilet last weekend!) and while thrilled to get Bluetooth headset I am very disappointed that I can only text 160 characters whereas on my previous phone I could get 450 characters in one message. Also, I could store music files in any format but the new one only plays MP3s(?). I feel cheated - there is however an automatic key lock on this one, a very important feature missing from the original, especially when you're like me - phoning people unknowingly from jeans pocket and then slagging them off in a conversation! I didn't sleep much that night, I can tell you!

  • Has anyone else had trouble receiving codes if using an o2 mobile? I sent the codes over 20 hours ago and have not received a single code back???

There are different terms and conditions on the website (it gives the updated web address on the vouchers somewhere). Just add them all to your e-wallet on the HMV site and you can use them all at once.
