Some information to those still waiting for codes having sent the texts...

I re-sent the five that I hadn't received the codes for on T-mobile (as o2 proved unsuccessful).

Same codes, different network and bingo, they arrived within 2 minutes.

As a test I tried re-sending a code that I'd already successfully received a response for.....and I received a text saying that unfortunately the PIN is incorrect.

Perhaps this is a generic response to all unsuccessful attempts, or if you are getting this message, it might suggest that the pin code has already been used?

I think it might be that so many where sending it via the o2 network and for some reason it couldnt cope and some didnt get through. All my codes have clearly been received their end as all my codes are now registering as "invalid" (ie used) But i have only recieved back 2 Vouchers to put in my e-wallet. 3 are "lost" somewhere in the process.

Got my vouchers in my e-wallet, when I go to checkout I can't adjust the amount in the Coupon Redemption Amount box, it stays at 0.00 no matter what I seem to do. Anyone have any suggestions?

Managed to get it working by clicking frantically over the box and suddenly it let me change the amount :)

Decided to get a PSP pack for 139.99 with a £10 off code and 3 DVDs which'll all go on ebay, seemed better than selling the vouchers themselves as people are having problems and if one didn't work I could see it being a nightmare.

Thanks again OP! If I could thank your post again I would! :)

Hmm whole thing sounds a bit of mess. Their inbox must be full. Amusing how every network but o2 receives quick replies (even if just to say invalid). Have texted a different code using orange sim and again received a quick reply that it was invalid. Did people who emailed them include their codes?

same thing has happened me with 2 vouchers. e-mailed to but no reply.

    barjam,

did u send the same code on another network?

yes when it didnt work with in 5 mins on o2 i used an orange phone and received within 20 seconds but approx 2-3 hours later on my o2 came the reply unfortunately that pin was incorrect, which i thought would have been by then , cos i'd already received the code via my orange phone

I bought 2 of these phones.

    I got 10 x £15 vouchers.

9 vouchers text on o2 mobile = NO REPLY IN 24 HOURS

    ALL 10 voucher text on vodafone = 9 invalid's & 1 ACCEPTED.

I think when you text with an o2 mobile it invalidates the codes?!

Ive jsut sat here and done all 5 of mine via vodafone and each one came back immediately after I had sent the message..all added to my ewallet without a single drama..all i can think is that those that get invalid or no reply are doing something wrong...

Txted my first code from my O2 number yesterday, got the voucher back within 10 minutes. Tried a second and have still not got anything back. Just tried txting the same code from my brother's Tmobile number and got 'invalid code' back. So I tried the 3 remaining codes and got 3 vouchers back within minutes. Going to have to call O2 to sort out the 1 missing code.
Maybe you're the same as me, we see things they'll never see...
