Just to be clear, i dont think those who havent got some their codes back are doing anything wrong. I did mine VERY carefully, and have recieved just 2. But because if I try again i get the message that the codes are invalid they clearly all went through and are hence "used". They were probably swamped and the system couldnt cope.

I have recieved all my vouchers and have used them towards a psp console, my only concern is that these are meant to be dispatched within 24 hours I ordered yesterday and it still says order not yet processed yet a game I ordered has been dispatched.

Secondly on Quidco is says 0.00 tracked anyone else had this?

How long have you been waiting? Give it a chance and you'll probably get a reply sooner or later.

Talking of delays, I requested a password reminder from HMV last week and only received it yesterday.

What about those who got a voucher code sent to them that does not work on the HMV website?

I think it's pretty bad to automatically assume that because a system is under load and is producing errors that people are incapable of correctly operating a mobile phone and following instructions.

that's because payments with e-wallets aren't valid for quidco

I'm having this problem too - but haven't yet solved it...

My codes arrived very quickly after I sent in the texts... less than 1 min each

Same problem, just kept clicking until it let me enter an amount
£45 worth of vouchers spent £25 for someone else so cash in my pocket,
£30 left to spend
and I haven't even got the phone yet
