After being passed around 8 different departments and given 5 separate numbers to ring O2 confirm I wont receive my phone. About 45 minutes later I was told the bad news.

They didn't have enough stock to fulfill all of the orders they took. They have simply deleted the delivery and contact information for all of the extra orders they coudn't fulfill. Therefore no cancellation details have been sent.

What wonderful customer services by O2. I feel very disappointed they coudn't supply the amazing deal that I thought I had bought.

I received my phone today but with no vouchers and no indication that they would be sent later. I called them today and they said they'd arrange for them to be sent next week. If you ordered the phone online the right department to speak to is 0870 225 7879. They've bent over backwards to sort my order out (called me back when they said they would, apologised at every stage, etc) but it did take authorisation from a manager to release the order. They said they had to send from 'general stock' as the stock allocated for online sales (and thus the offers) had ran out very quickly.

Firstly I would like to thank the OP for this great offer.

With my vouchers I have purchased a sony psp base pack from HMV, as I really wanted one of these.
Can someone please tell me where I can buy cheap games for this, I have been told that Yesasia and Playasia do cheap games but will they work.

Where would be my next port of call for cheap games.

Recieved my phone today, only tried texting one of the voucher codes and still waiting for a reply Tried it on both o2 and Virgin, will see what if any reply I get from either........ (expecting the code on o2 one and "sorry, code is invalid/used" on Virgin).

well were do i start , i must be the unluckest person here. I had my phones orded on wenesday , we had no emials from anyone regarding the order but on the order form it said they would be here thursday so we sit and wait.

Nothing arrived thursday , but the money had been taken thursday evening , so we thought we give it till today still nothing:mad: We phoned O2 to find out the phones have been despatched and signed for by a name know one.:mad: So after a bit of a flap the chap at O2 got in contact with the courier firm and argued it and its been delivered and signed for but not at thet the order address but somewhere else and coincedencly dhl are going back to the place monday is this cause they already know or has the dhl man got caught out:mad:

O2 cannot guareentee the phones will be here by christmas but for the inconivence so far have offered to put £5 credit on each phone...


im totally fed up as i was looking forward to a new toy!!!!!!!!

You could use the DHL tracking facility to find out the name that signed for it (not that it'd help much).

Only know this because my phone was delivered to my next door neighbour (as I requested) and when I logged onto the tracking to see if it had been delivered or not it stated their name .
