My second lot of vouchers just arrived. The envelope was just left in the porch which was a bit silly - you don't sign for these which I was surprised about!

It probably just means that you need the settings from the network provider in order to use WAP or MMS. The phone will only be set up to automatically use o2's services.

Do a google search for something like "download wap settings", add on the name of the service provider you want to use, such as Orange, T-Mobile, etc. You should find that you can get the settings free of charge, I've certainly never had to pay anyway.

Alternatively, there's probably lots of people who'd be able to help you on the mobiles board.

Mine says 1 of 1. Called O2 they werent much help said they coudlt track order and were emailng "hardware" department and it could take 5 working days! :mad:

Will just bug them again later and go straight through to hardware if they let me.

i tried texting from an o2 phone/simcard got nothing within 5 mins so i tried with an orange simcard got them straight away:j then a couple of hours later got reply on o2 to say txt wasnt correct:rolleyes:
