Well it seems that my phone is out for delivery. Shame i took yesterday off because they said thats when it was due. Does anyone know if you can collect from local DHL depots?

Well after all the hastle, having my card maxed out and then declined, my partner took a phone call from O2 telling him their system went crazy and very sorry but OOS. I'm very annoyed, annoyed to hjave been messed about and annoyed I missed that call! I wouldn't have let them off the hook that easily as I think they should have at least offered me a good deal on a substitute.

I tried to order the L6 3 times online & each time the order was declined. Today I rang to see why the order was declined & was told it was because the phone is no longer available & the system was being updated when I was trying to place my order.

I was then offered an L7 with loads of freebies including £75 HMV vouchers for £119.99 so I decided to purchase this over the phone. This order was also declined!!

I then checked my online balance & there was loads of money to cover the purchase although I did notice that my available balance was a lot less than I thought. :question:

I decided to ring my bank who told me that there was no reason for my card payment to be declined. The CS guy also told me that there were 3 payments of £49.99 plus a payment of £119.99 pending to O2!!

After spending hours on the phone I have been told it could be at least a couple of weeks before these payments are cancelled & returned to my available balance. There is nothing LTSB can do & O2 don't seem bothered. Someone is supposed to be ringing me back tomorrow.

So after trying to buy a bargain I now have no phone & have to wait for my £270 to be returned to me!!!! :mad:

i am in the same boat. i am waiting for £250 to be put back onto my cards after the girl in O2 tried to put my order through 5 times. also told i will have to wait and O2 custoner service are total !!!!!!

I orderered the L7 on Monday and received my vouchers via Royal Mail yesterday. Texted off the 5 codes around 7:30pm. I got one reply last night and so far only one this morning - I'm starting to get nervous! We are buying a PSP for our daughter's Christmas present so theses vouchers are ideal.
Phone is still in the hands of DHL so taking the afternoon off work to ensure I get it.

Hi, has anyone got the MP3 ringtones working?

It's listed on many specifications for this phone and also in the online manual it says to use a "Multimedia Photo Album" application to play mp3s but I cannot find it.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Yeah I know what you mean. I texted 5 last night and as of this morning I have only got 4 back.

Can anyone who received the vouchers and phone seperately confirm whether the box containing the phone had any mention of the vouchers at all? A piece of paper saying 'vouchers to follow'? They're not even mentioned on my order note.

Yes had 2 boxes this morning.

1 had the vouchers in it and an order note saying

Motorola,
Sim Card,
Welcome letter &
Returns card

Already Despatched.

And in the phone box said Online hmv voucher pack - To Follow
