I phoned them today, as I placed two orders under different names sunday night and didnt receive anything so far, the guy on the phone told my oder has been canceled (both of them, without giving me a e-mail/call) cos the phone is out of stock, i argued why my friend who placed the order on monday received it today, then cant give me a explanation.

The worst thing is they took the money from my credit card already on monday, and they can only refound my money in 28 days. Who gonna pay the interest?

Was on the phone for almost 1 hour today until 9pm, talked to 5 ppl. and they gona call me back tomorrow when they check out why.

About these vouchers, does anyone know If I were to use them all on a PSP in HMV then take it back and ask for a refund a few days later, would I get a refund in cash?

I sent a code off at 5:30, received e-wallet code at 9pm
= 3 and a half hour turnaround on O2

I read somewhere that if you text from a network other than o2, then the turnaround is faster (1-2 minutes) hah!

So I'm not the only one!!! I'm absolutelyy fuming about this. :mad:

I tried to order the L6 3 times online & each time the order was declined. Today I rang to see why the order was declined & was told it was because the phone is no longer available & the system was being updated when I was trying to place my order.

I was then offered an L7 with loads of freebies including £75 HMV vouchers for £119.99 so I decided to purchase this over the phone. This order was also declined!!

I then checked my online balance & there was loads of money to cover the purchase although I did notice that my available balance was a lot less than I thought. :question:

I decided to ring my bank who told me that there was no reason for my card payment to be declined. The CS guy also told me that there were 3 payments of £49.99 plus a payment of £119.99 pending to O2!!

After spending hours on the phone I have been told it could be at least a couple of weeks before these payments are cancelled & returned to my available balance. There is nothing LTSB can do & O2 don't seem bothered. Someone is supposed to be ringing me back tomorrow.

So after trying to buy a bargain I now have no phone & have to wait for my £270 to be returned to me!!!! :mad:
