MUSIC OFFER. IMPORTANT:
Use voucher instructions at website www.bluestarmobile.com/hmv and NOT on O2 leaflet. Your HMV E-Voucher is XXXXX
You need to add the voucher to your e-wallet before you order
Also when you've added it, it says expiry date 31/05/2007
So it's not 1 per purchase then?0 -

Does anyone have a contact number that (should) result in getting though to the correct dept?
I had a declined order online yesterday, then a declined order over the telephone, before a successful order was placed.
When I called them to chase up the fact that my bank could see the two declined transactions, one set of people said that's a problem for the online team, whereas the online team said it wasn't!
I haven't had any confirmation e-mail yet either.0 -
After ordering mine at 12 o clock yesterday lunchtime, and receiving emails stating my order had been sent to warehouse for despatch etc, i too received the email stating it was out of stock at around 5pm last night.
After several frustrating phonecalls last night and this morning, trying to clarify the email (as it stated that one would be sent to me as soon as they became available, but also that they would refund my money), getting passed from pillar to post (pay as you go told me to speak to online ordering, online ordering only deal with contract phones) I finally got a nice gentleman just now who took ownership of the call. After several calls to other departments from him, he came back to me and clarified that there are infact 2,500 of these phones in stock, but everyone had received a generic email by accident stating they were out of stock. Apparently there was a power cut at the distribution warehouse yesterday, which has sent all orders 24 hours behind schedule, and generated the out of stock fault. He stated that everyone who received that email should receive a despatch email by this evening.
I'll wait and see with baited breath and my fingers crossed.
Who knew it would be so much hassle trying to get a phone!!0 -
Just spoke with someone in PAYG dept, and was told that there's no record of my order!!
Began to place another order over the telephone, until the point when I was told it's £59.99 - £10 more than online.
Went online, "submitted order"... DECLINED!!!0 -
Spoke to someone in some department
Anyway he spoke to the PAYG department and they think the phone is out of stock.
But he has re-submitted my order so its gone back to the start of the warehouse process. I can't work out if I've done a bad thing and lost my place in the "queue", still shows my order date as Sunday just resent to the warehouse.0
