    Na they don't expire then, all you have to do is register them by texting back to get your e voucher number by end of december.... once registered on the HMV web site they run and stay valid for at least 6 months +

    I know because the december date was quoted on the paper voucher but when i text and added them to my hmv account they came up saying valid until 06/2006 or something like that
  • My mistake, in the checklist for the order, the two that say 'order sent for credit check' and 'credit check ok' aren't ticked, so it looks like they don't do this for PAYG, apologies.

    OK, I've just phoned about my cancelled order. The man I spoke to could not say why it was cancelled and went off to check current stock. He came back and said that there were 2451 in the warehouse, and reinstated my original order. He then kept me on hold for a few minutes to check that it was going through, and confirmed it had been finalised in the warehouse, and was then going to despatch.

    Fingers crossed, it should be with me in a couple of days.

    flippin eck - I just got the "there's none in stock till after Xmas" response (although they've had my money for 36 hours - incredible, how can there be so many mixed messages?
  • Phoned twice. First time I got told no stock and they would call me (gave alternative number) when they were back in stock. Lady said it should be soon..

    Called again, guy told me that there had been a mistake and to disregard the out of stock email and the phone would be with me in a couple of days...

    I therefore have no idea whats going on and I guess the only option is to wait it out and see if it arrives!

    Don't know whats going on!!I ordered yesterday morning at about 7am.Got the oder confirmation,then the not in stock one and have just received an email saying its been dispatched and can track it on line, so don't give up hope yet guys :j

    Cancelled mine as was messed around by them. Maybe someone can start a thread "Internet Sites Who do not honour orders" and name and shame the companies who mess people around the most. I ordered mine on Sunday afternoon, was in stock at the time, phoned 02 who confimed in stock, got confirmation email straight away, got the dispatch email today, and then the cancelation email this afternoon. Wont be ordering from them again no matter what the offer is.

    In my opinion dont bother with this one, I have been on the phone for over an hour, by the end of it I didnt want the phone it was on principle now. So I eventually got through to a MANAGER who was really pleasant. She informed me that the online and sales department are completely different. Basically the deals online are simply that they are online and will only get them by buying online. If you were to buy over the phone it is a different price and the deal may not be the same i.e vouchers included. She told me that the PAYG didnt have this phone in stock (department that deals with the online orders) but the Customer Service department does. Now she is a manager and does she know what was going on. So I told her I wanted this resolved as soon as possible. I want the offer that was given to me and as money has been held by O2 from my Delta Debit card I would claim any interest lost from my account and the fact that as some people have ordered the same items and recieved them am I being treated differently to them.
    I also explained to her that I may start initial court proceedings for 2 of their collegues saying to me that my house is blacklisted and I have bad credit that is why I am not allowed the phones. I asked her if the conversations were recorded and she said most of them are, I replied no worries as my phone records all conversations. She is going to sort my 2 phones out tomorrow.
    It pays to complain and stand your ground guys even if you tell little white lies.

    Got my dispatch email at 3pm. It says delivery today 05/12 but no sign unless thats the date they sent it. Also DHL cannot track it.
