It might take a while for it to track as they tend to need to collect it from o2 before this happens, but DHL will collect it today from O2 and it should be trackable this evening then they will attempt to deliver tomorrow.

How do I check my account online? Does anybody know? To see status of the order. I didn't receive any emails, but I think it was delivered to my home address today.

I spoke to a man who said that my order hasnt been canceled, there is yet another error with the o2 system but i should expect the phone to be dispached on Wed or Thu

I got the L6 delivered today by DHL but no HMV vouchers inside. The order confirmation sheet in box says HMV voucher pack "To Follow Shortly".

Anyone else in the same boat?

hi guys can anyone confirm with regards to the HMV vouchers, if for example I bought 4 of these (my niece's & nephews want phones for xmas) could i then proceed to use all the vouchers in one go on one purchase (say for an XBOX 360) or are you only allowed to use 1 voucher per purchase with HMV?

Just thought I'd update you all with the latest news from O2...I'm not sure how reliable it is though, judging by the conflicting information everyone is getting.

I spoke to an advisor earlier regarding my order (which, incidentally, I didn't place until Monday). I was advised that the O2 system is showing out of stock, (which is why the emails went out) but the warehouse system shows they do have the phones (which is why the online site is still showing in stock).

They assured me that, although they have a backlog to deal with, my phone will be delivered on Thursday. Here's hoping

Don't want to worry you, but I would check your bank balance now if I were you. This happened to me and O2 are now holding £49.99 of my money which they say was due to a computer error and I should get refunded within 3-5 days. Several other people on another forum have had the same thing happen, one person in particular has had 7 lots of £49.99 held as he kept on trying to order a phone!

edit..forgot to add that the guy told me if I want to try and reorder that I should use a different email address...apparently another computer glich, but possibly worth a try if you get the declined message first time.

I bought two phones 1 each for the kids and have just used the vouchers and got £150 off a Xbox 360, added them all to my ewallet and it was deducted at checkout

I have £300 taken, 1 order accepted 5 declined, they say I need to speak to my bank as the funds are held in a temporary account as my available balance and current balance differs. If that makes sense, im not too sure I think tomorrow morning it will show that o2 have the £300 and not the £49.99. We shall see, I just hope I get some phones. Was one of the first to order
