Motorola L6 on O2 £49.99 + £75 HMV Voucher

Well yesterday morning i ordered one, i had emails saying welcome to o2 etc, then one to comfirm its despatch, and then one last night to say that it is out of stock and its not coming - I phoned O2 as I checked my card statemnt straight away and they had taken 2 transactions one for 1.01 and one for 49.99, I rang them and asked for a full refund, he said i'll put in a request for the 49.99 to go back on your card and i said what about the 1.01 of which he said that is nothing to do with us, I said well it was taken 2 minutes before and says o2 buynet the same as the 49.99, Not a happy bunny as he said due to the backlog looking at least 28 days if not longer for a refund and these phones are not being ordered anymore by o2 - however they are still selling them on the website today

Just checked dhl tracking and as of 07.55 mine was out for delivery :T from the Belfast service centre My order time was 17:02:36 on Sunday

Having received the out of stock email yesterday, I have now eceived another email to say that it has been despatched.

DHL tracking says the parcel was collected from O2 at 09:30 this morning.

Now quite hopefull that this will work.

I ordered online on Sunday Evening. My screenshot of the order completion is time stamped at 21:38.

Thanks, just checking mine went through at 21:44:54 happy to see they are atleast dealing with them in order.

Somebody over on Rpoints has just received their phone and the vouchers, apparently they comes as 5x£15 vouchers, with you only being allowed to use one per purchase. They also expire on 31/12.

Well having ordered sunday night and not having any emails at all, my phone arrived 5 mins ago. The vouchers are 5x£15 and does state one per purchase. There is a unique code which you need to text to a number to get the voucher codes

It doesn't specify so i'm guessing you can txt from any number. It says to go to hxxp://www.bluestarmobile.com/hmv/ for t&cs.

The only thing I'm concerened about is on the vouchers, at the top it says 'Free £15 HMV Music Voucher.' And it also says to use the code after you've selected the music you want. Does this mean it can't be used for purchasing anything else??
