Just beware of O2, they do tend to put holds on your funds which will then be refunded, just be aware of this as it has happened to me before with phones, I have had to previously dispute transactions with my CC company before. Usually they take a small amount of £1 and then the further amount, usually refund the further amount but sometimes forget to refund you the £1. It may not happen to all but all please beware.0

The worst thing of all this at the moment is the fact that the website still claims its in stock.
I've tried calling O2 and you get told to ring the customer services, which claim to have a different stock to the online and are nothing to do with their own website.0 -

Yep - same experience here - had four ring me at home; i'm working my way up the food chain!
Is it fraud or deception(is this the correct term) to take money knowing that you do not have the goods? Certainly selling goods under false pretences.
Waiting for assistant God to call, can anyone tell me what I should cite re: law etc?0
