Has anyone confirmed yet that the vouchers can be spent on anything - ie they are gift vouchers rather than spend £30 save £3, etc vouchers?
Also, do they come with the phones when you receive delivery?
Thanks0 -

I don't particulalry want to have a pay as you go phone tha tI have to top up every month with a tenner.
At least that is how I think it works and how it has worked when I have used similar payasyougo sims in the past.0 -

Ordered mine early last night, had 2nd email about dispatch but have just received this
"We regret to inform you that the items you have ordered from us are currently out of stock although we will make every effort to ensure that they will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If you selected a chargeable delivery option a refund will be processed for the amount you paid. If you paid for this charge by credit or debit card, a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card within the next 28 days. If the charge was billed to your account, a credit will be applied to your account. "

Received Out of Stock Emails.
Spoke to someone on the phone it supposed to be "discontinued"
He seems to think they will not get anymore stock.0 -
My online order this morning came back as "DECLINED".
When I phoned to place an order, the same thing happened, so I used a different card which worked.
Phoned my back to check if the card has been stopped, and was told the card was fine, but BOTH "declined" transactions had been put through!!
Now I have to get onto O2 to get them to fax my card issuer with a letter to authorise a cancellation of these transactions.
I was told on the phone that the vouchers were standard ones and they would arrive within 28 days - and nothing about having to top up a certain amount.0 -
I got this email a while ago "We're happy to tell you that your O2 order has been passed to our warehouse for dispatch. This should be on its way to you very soon..."
but just now the told me that they are out of stock!0 -
I just rang the sales line, seems they have "plenty" in stock, me thinks O2 are telling fibbs with the out of stock emails.0

Also had the warehouse email then now the OOS email.0
