i received the l7 a little while back with vouchers but i queried the vouchers 1st and was told they are not ones where you have to spend x amount 1st and thats how they are i registered my vouchers with hmv i had £45 worth of vouchers and spent £14 on a game from there so i still have £31 left
  • Just tried to order one online and couldnt, went through a phone order but was told system crashed, so they will process my order in the next 24 hours, cant say Im hopefull though as the guy I spoke to said it was such a good deal he was going to buy a few himself just for the vouchers and ebay the phones!!!!

If the vouchers are the "save a fiver on a £50 spend" type, then there's always the 14 day period to return the phone if you change your mind.
  • Just called O2 to query the vouchers and they told me you only get them when you top up the monthly credit - but that they didn't know the terms of the top up policy (????).

The person I spoke to didn't sound very sure of themself though so could be completely wrong!!

I just managed to order online, but it took ages and ages (a combination of their system and my slow system at work, I think).

Let's just wait and see if it comes. If not, there's nothing lost.
