what a mess o2 are, if you buy 6 phones within 4 years your not allowed to buy any more ??
surely this is against the sale of goods act ? that they won't sell you a phone that you want to purchase, tried 3 different credit cards !0 -
Will anybody actually get one of these?0

Do you simply register at HMV and away you go? or is there some tie in with the phone, i.e. you have to have a code texted to you etc.
If they can be sold then clear profit to be had as the phone sells (currently, before the impending MSE listings) for a minimum of £50 and vouchers go for around 90% of face value, often more.
I bought the Motorola V3im which comes with 3 X 15 pounds vouchers. The vouchers come together with the phone and you have to text the code on the vouchers to a number which then generates a code that you can entered onto HMV website. I didn't use the sim card that was send together with the voucher to send the text messeges.
I also managed to use all the 45 pounds to buy a DS Lite from HMV website. Did try to enter student discount but was unable to.
Hope this helps.0 -

Apparently so. They have had a delivery today (isn't this always the case) and have quite a few back orders (as the HMV deal is over three days old).
They'll clear these first, then start on the MSE'ers:rotfl:
I should add they said that today's orders will not be fulfilled using the current batch of in stock phones...so we may never see them, or at best, we will need to wait for the next delivery.0 -

I have had this trouble and after going through the many stages of trying to buy over the last year only to be told at the very last step that i am not allowed i no longer even bother trying to buy from them, quite bizzare in my mind.
Their incompetence can work to ones advantage though, i was put on a 'temporary tariff' of £10 a month 5 years ago while they sorted out an upgrade for me but i'm still waiting to hear but in the mean time i am enjoying 50 minutes a day, unlimited texts and unlimited wap for my £10:cool:WHOOOOSHHHHHHHHH……..
Blimey what was that ?
That was your life mate
Oh I wasn’t quite ready can I have another go ?
Sorry mate only one per person.0 -
I tried to order this earlier in the day, but got the declined message. Just been to check online banking and I think the payment has gone through as not in there what there should be. Won't know until tomorrow now until it is itemised on my statement!
Anyone else had this??
thanks

Im a bit worried about this, tried to buy online, got the message to ring cs, rang it.
Got a lad who said it was such a good deal he was going to buy some himself and ebay them.
Had a short discussion saying 'oh you must get a discount' ..'no not on pay as you go, 50% on contract' .. but even so he was going to buy some, then went on the system and said it had crashed, he already had ALL my bank card details and said he would process it in the next 24-48 hours...still nothing though and im concerned now as to whats happening with the card details I gave??? any ideas what I should do ...Ive had nothing showing on banking online or my emails..What goes around comes around0 -

if a retailer wont sell to you then dont give them the benefit of your custom ever again and do stop whining just because you cant get something for nothing..it makes you sound pathetic!0 -

loool i just oredered 2 of these now reading all of this ...im not too sure if i will get anything but my plan like all you guys was to get enought vouchers for a xbox 360 and the phones would cost nothing ...then sell the phones and well get the xbox for half price hehehehe
i could sell the vouchers on ebay and make about the same money as well...I got lets say 150 from these 2 phones i can sell that for 140 and well i would be in 40 quid profit with 2 phones in my hand.
lovely only if they had stock LOl0
