Well done for decluttering. Good for the mind, or so they say. Something about your possessions using up subliminal brain space.....
Enjoy the walk,

Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
Thanks Squirrel. I think my decluttering efforts are finally beginning to get a bit of momentum rather than being a tiny step forward followed by ages of getting nowhere. Here's hoping I can keep going.
The dog walk was fun but very very cold. I was glad I had my fleece hat, but since I got home I can't make my hair behave.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Phew, I have just read through all your diary now. You are a real inspiration. I am glad the car passed the MOT ok and I hope the weather is kind this weekend and you have lots of fun.
You will be proud- I got a book from the library on excel charts. Sadly I forgot to bring it to work tonight to read on my quiet spells so will do some diary browsing instead!Jan 2013-£140,231.65

Yay fothers! Way to go with the excel thing. Don't spend too long reading about them, though. Just make some simple ones, and go from there. When you think of something you want it to do, then learn how to do that. Most things anyone could want to make excel do have been done by somebody who's posted online somewhere about it, so google your question and you'll come up with somebody somewhere explaining to somebody else how it can be done. If you still can't make it work, ask me and I'll see if I can help.
PS Thanks for saying I'm an inspiration. Not sure I'm really achieving very much here, but it's nice of you to say it.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

So happy to have sunshine here even if it's still quite cold.
Must go and tidy kitchen and run dishwasher. Also need to think what to do about food tonight. It doesn't feel like nearly 6pm when I look out of the window!Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

It's very difficult convincing a 3 yr old it's bed time when it's still light - little monkey!

Oh yes, I remember that problem with three-year-olds, QBW. Mine are a bit older now, but the younger one is still resistant to going to bed, whether it's light or not.
I've just had two lovely long phone chats, one with a friend and one with my SIL, who each picked this afternoon to ring up.But now I really must do what I said I was going to do an hour and a half ago, and go and sort my kitchen out.

Morning everyone.
Today I am grateful for
1) Sunshine, even if it's only intermittent today
2) Not having to go to work for another week (although I do have marking to do)
3) The friends I saw yesterday morning
4) Lovely phone chats with my long distance friend and SIL yesterday
5) A dream I had last night in which I got to see a much loved deceased relative and have a hugStarting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Hi Lois, what a beautiful dream and what a gift to have a hug in that way.
