Hi Lois,
I like your '5 things to be grateful for' - I've been trying to do something similar but not writing it down, just thinking of things I'm grateful for everyday and usually surprising myself with how many things there are. I often do this either while walking to the station or when I'm on the train to work.0 -
Lovely positivity going down on your thread Lois :TFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)

3) All the lovely people who've been posting and thanking on my thread
4) A restful day today

Love the idea of '5 things I am grateful for today' - I think sometimes its easy to forget that there are so many things we should be grateful for in life as we always seem to focus on the bad.

Really really want to update spreadsheet, play with graphs, update sig on here, etc. But if I do that now, I'll end up being late for work. Must resist, must resist, must resist....

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
