    Hi Lois,

I like your '5 things to be grateful for' - I've been trying to do something similar but not writing it down, just thinking of things I'm grateful for everyday and usually surprising myself with how many things there are. I often do this either while walking to the station or when I'm on the train to work. :D

The positivity is cool, isn't it - thanks natty.

    Today I am thankful for:
    1) My dad - v helpful and supportive person
    2) My HoD at work - also v helpful and supportive
    3) All the lovely people who've been posting and thanking on my thread
    4) A restful day today
    5) Being sufficiently up to date with the washing that I don't need to wash any school uniform shirts for my kids in a hurry tonight. ;)

  • Love the idea of '5 things I am grateful for today' - I think sometimes its easy to forget that there are so many things we should be grateful for in life as we always seem to focus on the bad.

    Payday today! :D

Really really want to update spreadsheet, play with graphs, update sig on here, etc. But if I do that now, I'll end up being late for work. Must resist, must resist, must resist....

See you all this evening when I'm free to give in to the spreadsheet-and-sig desire.

Payslip in pigeonhole today as expected, and money in the account.
Now to play with the spreadsheet.

    ...

OK, all numbers duly entered in spreadsheet and another £100 paid off FL1.

    This month's milestone is ...
Family Loan 1 is now down to £12,000
    :j:j:j

Targets for the end of the tax year include:
    1) Get "Owed-ISA-EF" down to below £80k
    2) Get equity above 76%

PS Thank you to catshark for posting, and to mci, Peonie, pink poppy, pix, QBW, Radish, skinty, Tilly and tattycath for thanking. :)

    Nice one, well done :T:T:T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

So which cell in your spreadsheet tells you the exact amount of money required to get you to 76% equity
