Well done on getting to your target - great result. Did you even take your coat off when you got home before diving into your spreadsheet? :rotfl:

So which cell in your spreadsheet tells you the exact amount of money required to get you to 76% equity

Well, there wasn't one, but in response to your post, I made one! I need another £220.82, so should be possible. :)

Of course! Plenty of time to take off coat and shoes while the laptop's booting up. :D

Since then I've been reading and thanking every so often to give me a bit of light relief in the intervals of writing Y8 reports (and feeding my kids, helping with DS's homework, putting in a load of washing etc), and promising myself I could post when they were all finished.
Well done on attacking the family loan, a good thing to be grateful for today!

Absolutely. Tonight I am grateful for
    1) My Y8 reports being finished :D
    2) My job - I'm not only grateful that I have one, but that I have one I enjoy and am reasonably good at (I think) :o
    3) Payday today :j
    4) Getting FL1 down to £12k _party_
    5) My Y11 lesson going well today - I was trying a new experiment and wasn't sure if it would work, but it did. :)
    Starting again 13/4/19
    Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99
    Total owed: £28,801.49

You switch your laptop OFF!!!!!!!! Mine normally lives in hibernation in case of spreadsheet emergencies .
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
