So we can assume that you will not be using all the public services that will be provided in your area as a result of the information the Govt gleaned about the population in your area - like schools, hospitals, new roads - that is so noble of you ! I bet you feel so elated yourself ........................

Not as much as yourself I bet with your smug yet weak defense of the census.

You must be not grown up yourself if you think a corherrant sentence is witty like that!!

    Status law
    this is status law

All Acts of Parliament are ‘statutes’ known variously as legislation, regulations or rules. THEY ARE NOT LAWS. Statutes are often incorrectly referred to as laws by ‘trained’ barristers and solicitors. If Acts of Parliament were laws they would be called ‘Laws of Parliament.’ Look at any Act of Parliament and you will notice the absen...ce of the word law. A ‘statute’ is defined as a rule or regulation of a society – they are edicts of legislation used to govern that society. Statutes are subject to the consent of the society – and this is individual consent and not collective consent. We belong to society as a matter of choice. There is a compulsion to obey laws. Obeying statutes is voluntary i.e. with our consent. Any individual can withdraw their consent to being governed (controlled) by the statutes of a society.

    thank you

I've read some nonsense on here before, but this has to be an award winner! :T

    ok

There is no way by their 'law' (which is not LAW but STATUTE, which the control system makes up as it goes along) you can refuse to answer their questions if they knock at the door as they tick the box that counts as a 'refusal' (refusal to... fill in the census) then pass it to the Non-Compliance Officers, so it is not LEGAL, but it is LAWFUL, under COMMON LAW, that you have a right to not have to answer questions at the door or even answer the door. So don't answer the door or speak to them, then they have no evidence of refusal to go on, and no name to get you with. See www.lawfulrebellion.org or to to www.davidicke.com and join or read the FORUM. There's a thread in the forum under Main Forums/Today's News/Census Dodgers!!!, has some good advice

Comman law is as you may ber aware of paying council tax ect, comman laws of land which are passed by acts such as terrorism act

Yet Lockheed martin fits the description of a terriorist. Who is contracted to collect your infomation with the census?

depends what your trying to pursue with your reply?

Example: Defination of a the word census last time i checked:a headcount of the national population in 2001 people had the choice to be on it or not,not forced

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JO7HdvTn_Mc&NR=1

You appear to have quoted an Act as law, yet earlier you state that Acts are not law? :rotfl:

You don't seem to understand what common law is (but I guess, if you can't even spell the word ...)?
