The census is after me?

yes because the 1000 pound fine is a smokescreen it is against your human rights without your concent as a human being in contract with the census as long as you dont enter contract with them by providing details at all times they cannot fine you since your forms state the occiper as the house hold resident it is impossible to fine a empty house.
You are right, there is no contract between you and the state? Why you may ask, because it is the law. You say it is impossible to fine an empty house, you obviously don't understand that the Land Registry holds information on all registered properties and the electoral register and CRAs are other sources of information.Best Regards

You must be not grown up yourself if you think a corherrant sentence is witty like that!!
Status law
this is status law
All Acts of Parliament are ‘statutes’ known variously as legislation, regulations or rules. THEY ARE NOT LAWS. Statutes are often incorrectly referred to as laws by ‘trained’ barristers and solicitors. If Acts of Parliament were laws they would be called ‘Laws of Parliament.’ Look at any Act of Parliament and you will notice the absen...ce of the word law. A ‘statute’ is defined as a rule or regulation of a society – they are edicts of legislation used to govern that society. Statutes are subject to the consent of the society – and this is individual consent and not collective consent. We belong to society as a matter of choice. There is a compulsion to obey laws. Obeying statutes is voluntary i.e. with our consent. Any individual can withdraw their consent to being governed (controlled) by the statutes of a society.
thank you
You are wrong. I suggest you look at a 'Blackstone's Statutes' book, containing Acts of Parliament. As for your other arguement about consent, that is absolute drivel, and I think you'll find that you cannot choose which laws you wish to obey.
Flexrider; name a Statute and name an Act for meBest Regards

Doesn't the fact that they fined 37 people last time suggest to you that they can and will do so if they want to? If it weren't law, someone would have challenged it in the courts.0

Where are you quoting from?
It's just that I am finding it difficult to believe some of it.
I'll just pick out a few words from your missive...We belong to society as a matter of choice. There is a compulsion to obey laws.Obeying statutes is voluntary
Amazing.Any individual can withdraw their consent to being governed0 -
I thought the schools went back today.
Flexrider, when you return to school, remember to attend the English lessons. You'll be taught to spell and how to construct an intelligent sentence complete with punctuation.

done with your telling off? Do you feel better about yourself now?
Yes I have seen the adverts but haven't paid attention to it because I wasn't interested in the least - not interested in giving some other people detailed info about myself. And I didn't think it was compulsory and that they even bullied you with the threat of a fine - infos about myself are mine to share if you allow me to say so!
So this is my explanation, hope it doesn't ruin your state of elatedness and perfection you have reached after replying to my post.
These 'some other people' you mention are the government.
The census is compulsory. It's been taken every ten years since about 1831.
Just do it, OK?0 -
