I had the same problem with my order sitting at the pending stage for about 2 weeks. I Finally managed to get through on the customer services to be told that the reason it was still pending is that they were waiting for more stock for that perticular item.
Told me I could either cancel or be patient and wait. I waited, and a few days later the shoes arrived
The money you get off was well worth the wait so If I were you I'd hang tight for a while as when they come in stock they will dispatch.0 -

It's reasurring to know that I'm not the only one. Think I will hang on - hope they arrive by the end of next week for my sister before she goes back home. Customer services is an absolute nightmare though!!!! Did they take the money out of your account before they dispatched the item? as the money has been taken from my account. thanks again for your reply.0 -
I ordered my trainers to be delivered to a different address to my cardholders address, which was all fine when processing the payment etc, only to receive an email advising my order would be cancelled unless I called them.
After days of getting an engaged tone I finally got through and listened to hold music for 75 minutes!!! I was not impressed! This was a supposed security check, but was it really necessary for a £13 pair of trainers?? I don't think my credit card company would be losing any sleep.
I'll be sending in my phone bill to them as an discount I had has been eaten up by phone call costs, it was a joke.0 -
Seems like par for the course with this company, then. Here's my saga.
I ordered some shoes after discovering the codes on this site. had had my eye on a pair of shoes at £55 and the price came down to £26 with the discounts. When the shoes came, quite quickly actually, they had a sale sticker in for £15. I teleponed customer services and was told that the sticker should have been taken out before they were sent out. (yes, but it wasn't!!!) I asked for a refund of the difference but was told they couldn't do that and if i didn't like it i could return them.
So I went to my local store and, sure enough, they were £15. So i bought them, and a further 2 pairs for my daughter. On trying them on they were too big for her so she took them back and because of their policy recieved the money, (£30) on a gift card.
Yesterday I took the original shoes (£26) back to store to be returned and saw some shoes i wanted in the sale. I didn't have my refund card on me so asked for them to be saved, and my daughter went to collect them in the afternoon.
When giving the card to pay she was told that the refund hadn't been processed properly and the refund card was blank. They would need to contact head office to check the details as i could have spent it, and they aren't open until 2nd january.
As you can imagine a letter has been sent about the unhelpful online customer services, and depending on the outcome on 2nd january another one could follow. I can't believe such a large national company can be so incompetent and have such shoddy customer services.0 -

No my card was not charged until item was dispatched0 -

PHONED THE NUMBER ABOVE AND TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AS THEY ARE SEPARATE TO MAIL ORDER!!!
