I phoned this number and the girl told me they have no dealings or connections with the website. She then gave me another number, who then said they couldn't help, they then gave me one. They said they get back to me, this was Tuesday and still no joy. I placed the order almost 2 weeks ago. I reckon they are hoping people will cancel orders as 35% discount seems a lot. Really mad..ordered my brother some trainers for xmas and just received an email after trying to get hold of them for a week to tell me my items are no longer in stock...I am really mad as these were my brothers xmas present and they aren't giving me much chance to get them now instore...ahhhhh...never again

I've treid ringing, it's constantly engaged and they're ignoring my e-mails from last Wednesday!

I will be well miffed if the stuff doesn't arrive for Christmas and a strong letter of complaint will follow.

I sent them an email responding to the out of stock email...I am really mad and told them I wanted discount for the trainers at my nearest store and they said they are out of stock their too????....How come they still show in stock online...I asked them this question and they haven't replied to me...I have rang everywhere trying to get my brothers trainers..nightmare!
